The staff are very friendly and professional. Service is quick and accurate every time. I love the additional features like being able to get my loan put on my debit card instead of cash and being able to call in and pay my loan over the phone. That is so convenient for me. Ms. Shanel and her staff are absolutely amazing! I have come in before in tears and frustrated and left feeling understood and with a smile on my face. They always go out of their way to do everything they can to make my experience the best it can be. They know me when I walk in the door and treat me like a friend rather than just another dollar sign! I have had horrible experiences with online transactions and they always fix it and make sure I feel validated in my frustration. The last time Shanel even called me to fix the problem that online made and wouldn't fix the following Monday instead of waiting for me to call her.
