All of the tellers are pleasant efficient friendly and willing to answer any questions regarding my account if necessary. the manager Steve is very pleasant friendly and is quite capable of answering any questions I may have regarding my banking there

Hancock Bank, in my opinion, is the best bank on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, bar none. I've had my accounts with them since I moved to the coast in 1988. They've gone over and above to accommodate my needs on numerous occasions. My son and I share an account at Regions because it has branches in the 3 cities he's most likely to be in with his job. I'm only on it in case he needs something done when he's not near a branch. When he uses his debit card, the only date available is the posting date and his debits always post at least a day later than mine do with Hancock. My debit card postings show the transaction date as well as the posting date. When I mentioned that as a suggestion to Regions, she said that would be a good idea but she didn't know if it could be done. Huh?

The worst experience I've ever had at a bank in over 30 years. As a matter of fact, I'm looking for the name of the branch managers immediate supervisor since my complaint is about the branch manager of this location!
