Best Pawn and Jewelry US, Bay St Louis

I have purchased a few guns and ammo from them over the years and I have always had a good experience. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and always seem to have fair prices. They also have an expert jeweler on staff. I have come in twice for watch repairs. On my last visit he stopped what he was doing and fixed my watch band while I waited. Excellent service to say the least. I highly recommend Best Pawn in Bay St. Louis.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I've been doing business with Best Pawn for many years. I cash my payroll check with them, I've brought my jewelry to them for repair, I've paid bills through them, and on days when I'm short on cash until payday they've always helped me out through a pawn. Best pawn is amazing the staff went above and beyond to make my wife happy....The diamond fell out of her engagement ring which was purchased at Best Pawn and she was so upset because we were getting married that Saturday they took the ring and replaced the diamond 💎 for free because losing it was nothing she did they felt the diamond wasn't set right in the beginning! Best Pawn’s employees are exactly what the name says “BEST” when i walk in the door i always see all smiles and everyone is so helpful. i went in today for watch batteries, not only did i get the batteries but they put them in . Not many businesses do that. Not even our big chain store down the highway.. I always leave there satisfied. No matter what i’m shopping for. Usually I have good experiences with best pawn but I bought a 50 smart TV without the remote. I was having issues getting one to program this TV. I paid 200. I was going to bring it back knowing I may take a loss but they wanted me to take a 100 loss when I only had it a couple days. That was just ridiculous But I've decided to keep the TV and have since found that Amazon really has everything...

Great service done in a timely manner. Well pleased with the product I purchased. Everything I have bought there was in good working condition, which shows that care is being taken with quality control!

I would like to share a story. The owner and I of this place didn't initially get along because a few years ago I tried to cash a Royalty check from my record label and the woman who worked there refused to cash the check, because cleopatra Records was based out of California. I perceived her to be racist towards me. The owner stood up for her stating she is married to a black man. I still felt the way I felt and never returned. Fast Forward to 2022, due to covid I had some shows cancelled and I needed to Pawn one of my favorite & most expensive guns. The guy could've low balled me, but we got to talking. He understood that I was a Father trying to get money to buy medicine for my sick child. He looked past the issue we had before and I humbled myself. He gave me top value for my Kimber 1911 LW and I promised him I would comeback for it in one month. He trusted me, I gave him my word and I got my Pistol back. I made a mistake and misjudged this place years ago.They are good people who treat people of all race Creed and color with respect. Now I see the owner and his staff as family. They took care of me when my family was in need and if you walk into Best Pawn they will take care of you and your family as well

After having Horrible service at walmart my husband decided to stop at Best Pawn to see if they cash checks, comes to find out they did! Omg the service was amazing Ms.Terry was so helpful, & thoughtful, we had great conversations with her about traveling while waiting on the check to be verify. I’m thankful we stop there because they definitely welcome us to the coast and made us feel a lil better about coming to Biloxi.

Every-time I come I get tooken care of, they are reasonable, sweet & FAST. I wven got my air-fryer for a decent price which made me so happy , I would recommend you to stop on over and get took care off

We were greeted quickly by the staff. They showed us beautiful jewelry at a great price, cleaned and repaired our jewelry with care and precision and when we left we were satisfied and felt like we were treated fairly. We will be back to shop and get other jewelry repaired. Philip did a excellent repair job on my loved old necklace and sized a ring I bought while waiting.

Amazing! Customer service with a heart of gold. My experience with them came in the wake of tragedy. My father had a pawn with them and unfortunately got sick and passed away. They have been very compassionate and understanding in these difficult times. They could have easily just kept the items for a profit but they didnt wanna profit from my tragedy. I've been talking to Corey and he has been absolutely amazing. 10/10 recommended

I recently brought in my engagement ring to get repaired. I had no idea that best pawn even had a jewelry repair person on site. When I picked up my ring, I was in disbelief at how incredible the ring looked! It truly looked better than the day I got it, and oh my god was it so sparkly! We are from MN just traveling through and decided to stop in to check out wedding rings. Its hard to find good customer service nowadays, it seems. Joe was so nice to us the minute we walked in and had great conversation the whole time we were there. He was also patient enough to deal with me trying on 10 different rings, before I finally decided on the first one since it fit the best. LOL If we are ever back down to MS we will definitely stop by. And, Joe, if you come across a blue and black like my fiance wants, let us know. If it weren't for the fact we were flying, there was alot more we wanted to buy.

Best Pawn is the best on the coast hands down!!!! I went in looking for a firearm and I didn’t see what I wanted in the case so immediately Corey went to the back to see if he had something else to fit me and he did so I put it on layaway. Well I went back to pay on my firearm and Best Pawn had just got in the firearm of my dreams the one that I had been wanting looking for and couldn’t find anywhere else!!!!! The staff there is absolutely amazing!!! They allowed me to switch out the firearm that I had on layaway with the one that I really wanted!!!! You guys are the absolute best!!!! I love y’all!!!!!
