Beyond disappointed. I initially called and inquired about a couple of questions. I gave specific instructions about not running my credit until all my questions were cleared up. My credit was ran anyway without my authorization. To finalize everything, when I asked for a copy of the information that was ran, they emailed my private information to my sister. If you want to have a good experience as a first time buyer or any buyer, this is definitely not the plan.

Bob Rusca was very helpful, stayed in constant communication with us a did everything he could to make the lending process easy. Our loan processor Kellen Perez was always quick to get docs to us to sign and was super easy to work with. It was the most pleasant home buying experience we had ever had.

I have a concern regarding my online loan application I was entertain by one of your staff his an Indian Nationality I think because the way he talk his name in whatsapp is Daniel Gallego and this is his number +66823944073. I was interviewed and approved for a loan amounting 80,000.00 pesos but he asked me to deposit of 5,000.00 pesos for OTP the activation of my loan so I deposit the said amount but then he said my loan application was lock due to bank number error he asked me again another deposit worth of 25,000.00 I did deposit again then he promised and told me to look a friend who can help me for I can get back my money together with my loan amount but unfortunate a Female Indian talk to me that all my information was wrong and error so in order to correct it I need to deposit another 35,000.00 but it make me think lately Indians mostly now are scammers also why I give money for I need it either way thats why I make loan for I can get money why it seems the other way around. Hope to hear from you soon if these people are your staff or don't let someone uses your company to get an innocent victim again. Also I dont want to apply a loan for your company anymore just give it back my money 30,000.00 pesos only please. Thank you and Hope to take my issue seriously.

I had a horrible experience with Edgard Gonzalez. He is either not knowledgeable about the industry rules or flat out lied in our meeting prior to us submitting an application. Then he did not have audacity to take responsibility for his lie or not knowing the rules and “beat around the bush” for a couple weeks stringing me along. I switched to a knowledge mortgage broker (different company). But felt the need to warn others of this event during a very stressful time aka buying a new home.

If I could I would give them 0 stars I would. Their condo review is not diligent. I do not recommend this company especially if you are looking to buy in an HOA. They accepted old information from 2017 in a 2020 transaction. They did not do their due diligence and now I am the one stuck in a bad housing situation. As someone who does not do this for a living I looked to the people handling my transaction to look out for my best interest - this company is not that so go else where.
