I had friends and my banks asking for my business. It was my plan to shop around. Shortly after speaking with Shannon I knew he was my guy. I wasn’t without issues. My credit needed some tweaking and Shannon showed incredible patience in showing and teaching me about credit. He showed me what I was doing wrong and how to correct it. This didn’t happen overnight but Shannon and his team at Resolution Mortgage got me to the closing table with a credit score I could be happy with. I couldn’t be happier. If you are buying a house, this is the lender to use! They are a team of the nicest and most caring people I have ever worked with on anything. I just purchased my new home and, despite having very little idea what I was doing, they made me feel more comfortable and walked me through every step of the process. The seller made several areas difficult for us, but this team rallied and still got my closing to go through early so that it would coincide with when I had to return my keys at my previous location. I wish I could give them 10 stars, because they truly deserve it!

My experience with resolution home loans was amazing. This was my first home so I was not sure what to expect from the experience. Friends and family have told me about how their home buying experiences were nightmares so I expected the same. Was pleasantly surprised with how they made the experience easy and stress free. Edgard would explain everything with clarity and was very patient. Me and my wife were nervous of all the paperwork that came with the purchase of our first home but with Edgard's explanations and advice He made sure we knew what we were doing. My wife and I would tell him all our concerns and Edgard wouldn't every be bothered even if we asked him the same questions multiple times. Edgard wanted to make sure we understood everything.
