However, David excels at making it feel like I was family. We spent well over 3hours going over documents and all the questions I had when buying a home. What was great is that David made sure I was notified and well informed about the process which was great for someone like me who had a TON of questions. But quickly David made me feel like part of a family which made the process smooth and somewhat enjoyable. I even had a more complex situation applying for some funding which David and his team helped me through the complicated process.
