Emily Kohl was a life saver! She literally lifted a weight off of my shoulders due to my wallet/card being stolen and everything else in between. Would highly recommend asking for her if you need help disputing transactions. But everyone at this branch is amazing. Great experience and such a comfort knowing I have these people on my side!

The branch of Collins Community Credit Union in Price Chopper on Merle Haye is fortunate to employee Emily Kohl, presently Assistant Manager.From the beginning of our interaction with her (as well as other employees), she has taken extra steps to make certain not only that we are taken care of, but that we understand the processes involved. I had a stroke at a young age, and have short term memory deficits. She assures me it's not an issue if she needs to repeat anything. She is competent, professional, and in addition to that, a kind and friendly employee. I can't say enough about how vital she is in our choice to stay with Collins as our financial institution. I had a loan with Collins for a car that was recently a total loss. Michael helped me get through the process of making sure I received refunds for GAP insurance and the warranty I had purchased.
