I could not recommend this company enough. As a first time homebuyer I had lots of questions about this crazy market. Melanie and Karen were so kind and walked me through everything and got my approval letter to me in such a timely manner. After having a terrible experience at a different loan office, coming to Guild Mortgage was a breath of fresh air. Amazing costumer service, thank you ladies. You rock!

Karen and her team are the best! I had an offer for a slightly better interest rate at another bank, but I realized that they would not care for me and guide me through the process like Karen and her team did! I couldn't be happier with the decision I made and for trusting my gut and sticking with Guild for my mortgage! We ended up closing earlier than expected because of this fantastic team and all the hard work that they put in to make my dreams come true!

Melanie is the best ever, she has helped us through this crazy time and has been there answering all my questions, Alexis is great at underwriting very through and stays on top of things, both of them are part of Karen's team. the whole team is wonderful, I would highly recommend this whole team to anyone who is buying a home.
