Elevate has been very consistent in my life for my loan and money/account needs. Whether Garland, Brigham or Logan. Each branch makes sure to fulfill your needs. We have been with Elevate Credit Union (formerly Box Elder County Credit Union) for six years. Their entire staff is friendly and helpful. We kept our accounts with them despite relocating to Missouri and continue any current loans with ECU. We have done a variety of loans with them past, recent and current and use Katie Toone. She is fantastic! She is quick, thorough, and ensures we get the best rates possible! She is amazing to work with and keeps an open line of communication through the process! Highly recommend them!

Big fan of Elevate - I have a hard time making it i. (In person) but work with them over phone/email, etc. All the time and they are great to work with. Wish they were bigger/further south! But overall, happy with them as a lender. :)

Elevate is a very easy bank to use! My accounts were easy to set up, and are easy to access. We have used Elevate for many loans and they are great to work with. Staff is very personable and knowledgeable when working with them. Customer service over the phone is the best out of any bank I’ve used! I would highly recommend Elevate for your banking needs!

Love this bank! I Have had an account and all of my loans from them since I was 16! They are amazing to work with and bend over backwards to make life easier for me! I am so excited they finally have a Logan branch! Will save me from driving over the mountain to bank! They have the best customer service and I love to call and they know who I am and call me by my name! Philip is AWESOME!!

I love the new Logan branch. I've been banking with Elevate Credit Union for almost a decade now. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. All my family has made the switch to Elevate. I just refinanced my home and saved a ton of money with a lower rate and shorter term!
