I really feel the need to share my experience on here as it was extremely smooth aH thanks to my account executive. I had the pleasure of working with Bilal Mandavia throughout the house purchasing process and am fortunate enough to say that I could not have asked for a better account executive than Bilal. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND every step of the way to ensure everything was done correctly and daily communicated any updates I should be aware of. For me, a good communicator was my main ask, as this is a significant step in ones life. He did not disappoint; as he is extremely personable, honest, and hard working. In all honestly, if it were not for Bilal, I would not have picked guidance as my lender.

Mr. Salam was of great support throughout the process. He is very knowledgeable and patient. The good part about him was that he was reachable throughout the day and even after work hours and on weekends. A few hiccups came in but that is expected. I found overall service to be nice
