I really appreciate all of the help Erin Long (South Milwaukee branch supervisor) gave to me with handling/closing my late mother’s account. She helped me numerous times with paperwork and questions I had. She always gave me a timely response. Her professionalism and kindness made these transactions as smooth and painless as possible. I felt in good hands as she guided me through the process. Thank you so much Erin. It’s deeply appreciated.

I only give this 5 stars to Erin Long. She is amazing and caring. 14yrs with this bank...When I needed help because a lender didn't notify me they were no longer working for guardian and I needed an offer submitted, I called Erin and she was on a family vacation in another state helping me out, making me a priority and never made me feel bad that I bothered her. Positive attitude the entire way and got me everything I needed. I am so grateful for not only knowing her but becoming a friend!!!

I just want to say, thank you Erin for going above and beyond. I was in a bind with a large check and waiting on a hold, with some paperwork she was able to help me out with my situation. So glad I changed over to this bank with all of the kindness I have been shown. Not only by Erin, but others as well. Love being able to bank locally.

I’ve been banking from the South Milwaukee branch for over 10 plus years. I have always received the best service and they even checked on me when I received a kidney. The South Milwaukee branch is more like family to me so keep up the great work!!!

I have to say rating this bank 5 stars is only due to Erin long the Branch manager and the employees.. During covid shur has been rough not going to this branch. Hopefully soon they open again so my misery is over with the drive thru in Oak Creek. As horrific the experiences sometimes of dealing with new tellers at O.C branch. I feel the only thing that saves me from leaving this bank is seeing Erin long and some of the usual faces I see from this branch. Very experienced bankers that don't screw up my deposits and are very polite when you talk with them thru the drive thru. Sometimes I cringe when I dont see someone I know cause there usually very agitated like I'm a inconvenience.
