I went to Wells Fargo today, my bank of 30 years and was told that I can’t open a business account without an appointment and the next appointment was more than a week away. Chantale Pierre-Louis was amazing. Went above and beyond to assist me and make a bad day a great one. I will be transferring my money from Wells to GTE and closing my Wells account after 30 years. Thanks o much for the great experience.

Worst customer service. I have been a member of GTE for 15 years. I have been calling about how I can avoid the checking fee since they implemented it in 2018. Every single person I've spoke with, including supervisors, told me that I was unable to avoid the fee (LIE). I spoke with a bank manager at the Tampa branch, Sam, at the end of March, who refused to listen to my recorded phone calls regarding this matter ( they record every call for "quality assurances"). GTE lied to me so they could pocket my hard earned money. BEWARE - This is a dishonest credit union.
