Been a long-time member of Grow Financial member and officially talked my significant other into switching to Grow. We are the type of couple that would prefer to take advantage of the online features versus making appearances in person… However, we were met with a cheerful, knowledgeable, and extremely personable representative Tommy Davis. He was beyond helpful in getting us all set up and provided us with one of the best experiences that I have had at this location. Overall, this made not only my significant others’ first experience a positive one but has also gained a loyal customer, (not to mention proved all of my bragging about how Grow Financial is the superior banking entity.) I would like to give some major Kudos to Tommy for being so engaging, kind, and knowledgeable these days these qualifications are difficult to find but the benefits are endless, especially in a customer-driven market. Thank you Tommy for taking such great care of us.

Julia helped me with a fraud problem on my account. She was awesome. Super fast and helpful with the best attitude. For being in such a stressful situation she made me feel so much better. Thanks so much Julia.

Waiting forever for an IRA deposit. I was already skipped over once and there are 2 employees in an office that have been working on the same thing the entire time. Stop using “we’re under staffed” as an excuse

Their ATM's are always malfunctioning and twice they wouldn't return my card, TWICE! It's a huge inconvenience because I have to wait until the next day to get a new card. They can't just open the ATM and retrieve my old card because they're operated by an outside company. They also can't print me a new card with the same information for some reason so now I have to reset and re-link every account I have to the new card (water, electric, gym membership, Sun Pass, Netflix, Hulu, medical bills, and at least 10 other accounts). It's frustrating and time consuming because of their faulty equipment. I suggest using another ATM or another bank/credit union all together.

Extremely helpful when car buying it was quick and so organizad it was actually a pleasant experience.

I have been a member for over 20 years and generally the customer service is wonderful. I do have one complaint the cash deposit is always down on the ATM machines in the drive-through. In the past at least one of the 2 is down but lately the last few times I've been there they have both been down.

The staff near the front door was cheerful and capable of multi-tasking! He greeted me heartily, inquired regarding my needs all while assisting another customer.

This is an awful bank. I brought them a check all they needed to do was call to verify the numbers they refused. The bank manager was incredibly rude while we were in the drive-through for 45 minutes. We went to another bank and within minutes they made the phone call and we were paid. Pretty pathetic if you ask me. When I bank won’t even make a phone call to cash your paycheck.

This place is horrible do not bank with them if you are a small business deposits over 3k is a fee. They “accidentally” withdrew money from my sisters small business account and took days to replace it. Asked for a copy of my debit card and she shredded the original. If you need to spend more than 3k you have to increase the limit everyday. Very frustrating when trying to pay bills. Horrible customer service at this location from Sarah and Mary
