Terrific customer service, Vanessa was very helpful, efficient, pleasant and kept me informed of the process, that is she came back on the line to apologize for the hold but she was reaching out to another specialist who was looking into the matter I was calling about. I appreciated her consideration because so often I am kept on hold forever and you don't know if they have forgotten you. She took care of my issue that a few previous calls left me with no resolution. thank you for handling my problem!

The customer support was always helpful and answered all my questions. It was relatively easy loan process and we paid off our loan before it was due so we received our interest back as per our loan agreement. Good company. We would use again.

Becky helped me register online, to have my loan payments taken automatically from my checking account. Although there were directions I could read, I felt uncomfortable trying to do it by myself. I was successful because I received assistance in the process from Becky! She guided me step by step and explained everything as we went. She was very kind.

I just need to tell people about my experience. Over the course of a few weeks I spoke with three representatives from Geen Sky. The first was a remarkable woman, her name is Joani ed. Calm cool and collected does not begin to describe her. She was patient with me and even shared in regular conversation while waiting to pull up information. With her help I was able to fix a mistake and help set me on the right path. My next call was a few days later and unfortunately this woman did not seem truly inclined to help me with my late fee since my bank had still not released my payment. No name to give but she was not exceptional. Finally today, quick and painless help from Kaley. Another amazing representative for this company. She was very helpful and even reached out to her supervisor to make sure the waiver was approved. His name is Mason and although I did not speak to him, I want to give him a shout out as well. Long story not so short, thanks to these amazing, outstanding and approachable representatives I am more than happy to call again to reach out for help or information. True diamonds for this company. Great job And kudos to you for your rockstar crew. Quick question: can I just request reps by name?! Thank you again and I hope these individuals get the recognition they deserve.

It's not everyday you get outstanding customer service. I had a Greensky account that I used for home windows. I had all ways paid on line except this time I whated to pay them off and call customer service to make sure it was paid off correctly. Once I got thru the phone categories I reached a person. A young lady named Amy S. She was over the top when it came to customer service. She was immediate with all answers and more than willing to handle everything and anything. I explained what I was doing and was more than assured that she was completely capable and felt very at ease with her on the other end. She went above and beyond. Her enthusiasm was very comforting and a very nice glow to a rainy day. Once my transaction was complete she went out if her way to congratulate me for completing my loan with Greensky. To me it was a big feat in doing but for her to thank me and make me feel great about the completion of the loan was something I never expected. I could feel the smile on her face. We then proceeded to discuss the weather and the seasons of the year and how the weather had been where we were. She was a joy to talk with and listen too but I knew she had a job to do still. My only regret was to not be able to do this in person as to meet such a cheery, motivated and wonderful person as her in real life would have been a nice blessing. I have been sick from cancer treatment for the past two years and a smiling voice goes along way for me. She made my day and days to come. I wanted to comend her for her job well done so the next day I called Greensky again. I was met on the phone with Kim. I told her what information I was looking for and she too went above and beyond to get me in the direction I needed too. She was also very surprising and great also. I was overwhelmed with Amy S. and Kim both so a thank you to Greensky also for finding such outstanding and wonderful people to help me. The only way this would have been better is if I were to see these smiling faces in person. Please give these two a big thank you and I hope they have great days to come. Edward Dorsey.

My agent Sammy was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and nice. She was very patient and didn’t get upset or rude. This is one of the few times that I have gotten someone like this and it was refreshing. Kudos to you Sammy! Great job! You have excellent people skills.

Green Sky has the best service website for processing my loan and I will use Green Sky in the future. The details of your loan are easy to see and this also includes the timelines you need to meet. I have used other services like Green Sky but didn't get the quality of service and couldn't see the specifics of my loan on the site. Green Sky thinks like the customer. Their website for making your payments, making changes, and updating your information is by far the best in banking. No ads, no interruptions, just a clear and clean, factual information on your account. Green Sky is the place I will return to again and again for my financial needs.

Michelle provided excellent customer service. I contacted a representative previously and he called back twice and Michelle fixed my sign in issues in under 10 minutes. Michelle stayed with me through the e-mail verification process and confirmed I could sign into my account. I nominate her for a Service Excellent Award.

The customer service at GreenSky is exceptional! I needed to make my first payment and set up auto pay for future payments. Jasmine assisted me over the phone as I created an online account with GreenSky. She was extremely helpful and very patient.

I only needed to call Greensky once to get my questions answered. Ericka was kind, patient, respectful and thorough with reviewing my balance and confirming our payment. She wasn't your typical collector (bland and dry). She actually seemed like I knew her because she didn't rush to get off the phone. THANK YOU so much for a great experience!

GreenSky gives great service. To be able to pay off a large Repipe bill over 12 months with NO finance charge allowed me to avoid taking a huge chunk of cash out of my business. Their customer service answered all my questions and there was no waiting to speak to an agent. It would be great if all repair services would sign up with GreenSky.

Agree with others on lack of capability of their payment system. Customer service will state it was your fault even though the issue is on their end, and acts like they are doing you a favor if they elect to remove the $40 late fee created by their auto pay system's failure to withdraw. I have one loan out with them, and after the rudeness received from their customer service, there will be no future loans through them. FYI to their customer service...it costs much more to attract a new customer, than to keep an existing one. Enjoy your late fee.

I have paid off two GreenSky loans and today was accepted for a third. GreenSky allows me to pick top notch contractors for my house without payings tens of thousands from checking. The people at GreenSky politely reminded me when I missed a beginning payment. The terms at GreenSky have been agreeable to me. I am pleased to be a repeat customer.
