Huntington Bank Dixie Hwy, Fort Mitchell

I have done and still do business with this bank. They are very convenient and the employees are very helpful and very caring. One year when there was alot of snow , I was stuck in the parking lot. The employees came out with shovels and help me get out of the hole I was in. They pushed my car as I hit the gas and they freed me. Now that is a great company and i will never forget that day. I will not go to another bank. Thank you to the Huntington employees.

HORRIBLE customer service. I had to move my business accounts to another bank. The branch manager won't reach out, and her boss won't even return my calls. I have loans that they won't even give the payoff so I can pay them and close those accounts. I'd find another bank than Huntington if you care about service.

I have banked with Huntington for several years. They are always very helpful whenever I have questions. I feel secure knowing my money is with them.

One of the few banks open on Saturdays. The gentleman that helped me made it easy to setup a checking and savings account.

Manager gave me an offer for $100 bonus to set up an account. The manager transferred the money from a different account. 3 months later when the bonus didn't show up, I was told the manager was gone, and a technicality with the manner in which the money was transferred disqualified me for the bonus. They didn't even think about honoring it. They watched a lifelong customer close the account, walk out the door for good, and they didn't even care.

Never had a problem with Hunginton Bank. That's all I need from my bank!!

They lady jewell I believe was great for business but there is 2 reasons for sure keep me from ever going back this happened to me at 5th 3rd I haven't been back there since 2004

Horrible customer service over the phone. Called in to ask a series of questions and could here the representative complaining about me under her breath and I was hung up on.
