I have a Health Savings Account w BB&T and they are neither allowing me to choose my own doctor, nor purchase birth control!!! I have called the bank to see if there is a process to get my doc and meds added and they very rudely said there is not, like how dare I ask!?!? I'm not saying don't bank w/ bb&T, I'm just saying if you do, you may not be able to get your own money back out

Definitely stay away from mortgage lender, Andy Dyer who works out of this branch and also Kenwood, OH. Very unethical lender who, reguarding my refinance application, gave me incomplete and inconsistent information about what underwriting required. I have federal, state and local complaints pending against him and the company for violating consumer protection laws. I took my mortgage business to Victory/Heartland (Ft Mitchell). They are honest and professional lenders. I would have given this business zero stars if possible.

Courtney could have not given us better service! My wife and I are extremely thankful for the help she provided, above and beyond!

The Bank of Kentucky (now BB&T) is a great bank and a even better place to work at. The family atmosphere is a breathe of fresh air in regards to any other bank in my opinion. I have found the employees at all the various branches to be the the friendliest anyone could hope for. Everyone really enjoys coming to work everyday

Thank you Deion of Crestview Hills! 15 minutes and she resolved an outstanding issue I had with another branch. Instead of pulling my accounts I’ll be by Monday to discuss refinance vs. credit line. Thanks again you were amazing and have restored my faith in your organization! I’m not sure of your responsibilities within the company but I’m fairly confident that your patience, professionalism, as well as execution is probably being underutilized. Went to the Highland Heights, KY branch...tellers are super nice. I asked about information on CD's and the teller yelled over to the manager to ask if he was available. He yelled back, no. Did not ask if he could help later or make an appointment. Kind of abrupt treatment for a customer.

Love driving all the way to this location on Saturday to be closed, while Google says it’s open. This is common with all BBT/Truist. Get it together.

Friendly, personal service. They know me by name. ***Have to edit this review*** After 2 years, I don't know anyone in there. Just a sign of the times since I don't have the need to go inside much anymore. Today though, I noticed the clock was stopped on top of the building, dead bushes at the front entrance, no withdrawal slips at the customer service table. The teller took way too long to cash two checks and withdrawal from savings.

Personal service is back in style. Courtney is awesome, she was so polite and professional. Courtney went above and beyond to assist me with a financial problem. I can't imagine ever banking anywhere else.
