THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST COMPANY, BAR NONE, THAT I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH IN MY 45 YRS OF ADULTHOOD. IF I HAD TO DO IT OVER AGAIN I WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. YOU WOULDN'T BELIEVE THE TROUBLE YOU NEED TO GO THROUGH BEFORE YOU CAN ACTUALLY SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON.

Clone this person! She was absolutely wonderful. Patient. Knowledgeable. Kind. It would not surprise me if in the dictionary under the tab "customer service," was her picture! She has a gift! I work with A LOT of people and it was so wonderful to be a part of her expertise in assisting me. It makes me want to mirror her skills in my interactions with people in my field!

They service predatory loans, designed to keep you in debt. Each month I pay 140$, and 75$ goes right back on the loan in charges. Beware! I’m also totally convinced many of the reviews online are doctored, or paid for by image boosting services- (any account with <5 reviews should be suspect) I’ve talked to many with loans serviced through Greensky and many of them went out of their way to get loans through their banks or credit unions to pay off their Greensky account. Don’t say you haven’t been warned!

Greensky has the very best customer service. I've called and spoken to them about 3 times. Today, I spoke to a lady named Tiki who was absolutely wonderful, respectful and very knowledgeable about her job. What a joy to have someone in customer service who actually has knowledge of their job. Thank you Greensky and thank you Tiki !!!

I have really appreciated the furnace/ac installed in my home. It keeps my family comfortable regardless of outside temperatures. I've had no glitches in service even when the power is out it comes right bock on line once power is restored.

I had an interesting question as my payment was not taken out on time. The person I spoke with was very professional and fun to talk to. If I have any problems in the future I won't hesitate to call back.

Angela was extremely helpful to me. She worked out a reimbursement for over payment for me that had the potential to get stuck in the weeds but she was very diligent in seeing the problem through. All the while Angela was very professional and courteous and kept me well informed. Greensky needs more people like Angela!

I called (March 12, 2020, 1120 Pacific) because no one at Sales/Customer Service at the Seller's could answer any of my questions fully. I came in "hot" to ready to tear heads no matter who was on the other hand and my frustration was evident when this amazing lady picked up the phone on your end. (She has a unique name and I did not write it down because I was teaching at the time i called, I believe it starts with an "R"). She gracefully and effortlessly diffused my hot-headedness and sent me home happy. As a trained interrogator, I cannot begin to explain how her tone, pitch, and conviction quickly deescalate our situation. Any simple situation could blow up, but I can honestly say that there was nothing simple about our phone call. I went back and replayed that conversation several times so that I can take some about her Professionalism and just how she brought her "A" Game. Thank you so much!!
