I do not ever write reviews, because of my busy lifestyle, but this one is definitely worth my time. I have had the pleasure of working with Louis Cole at Summerfield Mortgage. This has been by far the most seamless mortgage loan application ever (this is our second home purchase). Louis has been amazing, calm in times where I might have been freaking out, level-headed and able to make the best sound decisions which ultimately approved our mortgage. Louis was also super proactive in requesting documents, that allowed us to close on the house ahead of scheduled time. Louis was always available, and reachable to advise us through the process, every step of the way. One of the kindest people you'll ever meet or encounter is Louis Cole. I was introduced to Louis in 2020 when I was considering refinancing my home mortgage. At the time, I didn't qualify to refinance but Louis guided me through what steps I needed to take to put myself in a better position to eventually qualify and to still receive a good interest rate.
