I've been using Greenleaf Funding for my first two flips. I initially viewed hard money lenders as a necessary tool when rehabbing homes, one that came with fees and hard deadlines. But I quickly learned that they view me as a teammate and view the project as one in which we're both involved in making the project successful. While doing rehabs for the first time, tough situations present themselves, and thankfully the team at Greenleaf has made it clear that they want me to succeed and have helped guide me on my way to completing projects.

Someone from your organization put signs in my yard. No one asked permission. This is rude and not acceptable. I would not recommend this business if this is how they conduct themselves.
