Terrible drive-through customer service. I was treated like a Kindergartner. I’ve had an account with U.S. Bank for 17 years and never been treated that way. Never again.

They don't seem particularly interested in your business here. I tried (twice) to open an account with them, only to be shooed away because it was too close to closing time (half an hour). I ended up going to a different bank that was happy to do it, and it took a grand total of 20 minutes.
