It's like banking in the 1980s. Other than that, this branch has safety deposit boxes and knowledgeable & friendly personal bankers. They always get back to me within 24 hours. Older female teller that works the drive thru is super polite. I will say I don't like how the inside is still closed.. but I assume that's more of a Truist merge excuse than COVID.

Terrible service and Low IQ tellers!!!I was racially profiled, I have an account with BB&T and I came in to cash my check BB&T refused to cash it even though I have a account with them. I will be closing my account immediately!!!! I wish I could give them Zero Stars!!!!! Btw no one even acknowledged me when I walked into the bank!!! I went to Huntington Bank, service was so much better!!! I had no issue cashing my check!!!

Gonna have to change my 1 star to 5 stars, after finding out BB&T doesn’t kneel to liberal lunatics and hasn’t made any policy’s going after conservatives. They received an F rating on a fascist website calling itself “progressive”, rating company’s by how much the company takes away the people’s rights through business and blocking conservatives from doing business with or through them. GREAT JOB BB&T!
