The guys are always rude!! The female is ok at times. But I feel like the company takes advantage of people who have nothing. And they drain me dry each paycheck with car payment and full coverage insurance...

The worse and I mean worse place and people. Do not get a loan with them, they turn your car off for no reason, hang up in your face. They have a person who has a speech impediment answer the phone and he will hang up in your face when you ask him to repeat himself. The worse company to this day I EVER dealt with.

My credit was tanked because of bad personal decisions when I was younger. Interest rate is absolutely through the roof but let's be honest that's my fault and anyone that would finance through them. I went with them because I had no other option. To get the truck i needed for work they where and are my saving grace. I'm 7 months from paying off a 35k truck. They have worked with me on being late for a month during covid. Look at the reviews and see the obvious. If you don't pay and follow the situation you got your self in. You lose. If you do what you are supposed to and pay your bill. They are awesome people. Thank you GFR

I wish I didn't have to give them a star but that's the only way to leave my complaint. Marvin is extremely rude and likes to hang up on customers when they're just trying to give them their information and payment. I really wish I can get away from Indy car credit because they got over on me so many times it's ridiculous. I can say the only person with respect and decency is Paul he is amazing but the other ones are very rude and nasty. I'm definitely trying to find other options instead of Indi car credit the worst mistake I ever made.

The worse customer service ever! Y’all really need to do better! The man that answers the phone is rude and you can’t understand what he says and he gets mad and hangs up on you and won’t answer the phone.!! Worse place ever!!!

THEY CUT MY CAR OFF RIGHT AFTER I PAID THE CAR PAYMENT.. because my insurance switched to a different plan without me knowing.. I HATE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! F this company!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!

Horrible customer service. I have never been so disturbed by the lack of manners and knowledge in any corporation. No automated payment service no online payments hold times a very extensive.. The day I pay off my car and never have to deal with then will be the greatest day of my life.

I took my daughter who has three small children and just started working. I put $700 down on the car. We didn't leave the place until 7:30 pm. As my daughter got a block away we noticed that the dashboard lights were not working. Also the trunk wouldn't open. My daughter called them early that Monday to let them know that she drove back 80 miles with out any lights and had to trail me and use her cellphone to see the dashboard. Her
