    I have a saving account that I used to put money aside for projects, so the balance fluctuates, but it has never gone below $100. A couple of months ago, I noticed there was a $5.00 service charge on my statement. I called First Interstate to find out the reason for the fee. I spoke to someone in customer service and explained my concern. She stated that the reason for the charge was that my account had dropped below $200. I explained to her that Great Western didn’t have this policy and this is the first time I’ve heard about it and for that reason, my $5.00 should be refunded. Moving forward, I understand that this policy exist, but it’s unfair to penalize people for not knowing about the new policy. Anyhow, I never got my money refunded and they charge my another $5.00 on this months statement. I called First Interstate again, because I moved money over to that same account immediately after the initial call to them, making the balance $400. However, I was told that at the very beginning of the statement period, the account was under $200, so basically, by the time I made the initial call it was already to late. I informed the young lady about my previous call about the initial incident, but she said that I had to call another person for a refund, but who has time for the run around. If you took time to read this, I think the message is clear. Chose a different bank.

    Have not really had any issues with them. Whenever I come in to deposit my room mates half of rent they're always helpful, I am attempting to get some credit history started the person at the time, Though I wish I could remember they're name was incredibly helpful and very informative they even cleared up any confusions I had.

    Worst bank I have ever had. Constantly charged 70 dollar overdraft fees when money has been deposited. Charged 35 dollar overdraft fees when there is money in my account. They do not care at all about the pandemic. They might as well be working for hitler or trump

    There was a mix up in closing my account at this location and received multiple overdraft fees. Brandon was quick to solve the issue and refunded the full amount. Despite the original mix up, I received extraordinary customer service and care for this issue. Thank you Brandon! You're the man.

    Possibly the roughest buyout and transition, not to mention they aren’t open Saturday at all anywhere. I will be switching banks Monday.

    Only been going to this bank for about a month and I dread going. No one seems happy to help the customers and all of the bank tellers attitudes are never that great. It’s very uncomfortable to interact with them because they are never welcoming. And I am not the only one that feels this way about this location.

    Wouldn't take my government issued ID because my face had a smudge on it. Offered to give them my social security card and my birth certificate proof of address proof of residence. Nothing still wouldn't help me. Everybody turns their nose up and I lose my storage unit along with my car insurance which is going to be my license. I can understand if it was $1,000 check. But terrible Bank terrible people no kind of remorse for anybody

    I came to cash a a check because I'm low income they declined my check based on my account history. I had update everything. I made a financial mistake over 8 years ago because of that mistake they refused to let me open a savings account. Then they refused to let me open a second checking account. I stood there about to cry. I drove to a different branch and after all that I had already went through they said for the rest of my life. I'm in my mid 20's This bank will never allow me to open any account with them ever. And my two toddlers would need a different adult on the account in order to open up for them. I've never heard of a bank being so hurtful I closed my account and don't have good thoughts about them. So if I ever own my own bank I would never do this to one of my clients. Unless it had to be done because of other reasons.
