Nice facility but was not prepared for the crowd! The doors were supposed to open @ 6:30, people standing outside yet @ 7:30+! I understand staffing is short everywhere but shouldn't spend your time waiting in line & missing the event!! Plus ran out of brand name beer, tried offering the higher priced beer! But hey my fighter won!!

Went here to see Alice Cooper and Chicago both good fun, having had surgery just before and had bought tickets before I had surgery they accommodated us by helping us find seats that I could get to with my scooter! Better seats than we had purchased AWESOME STAFF EASY BREEZY

Went to a craft show, had just bought soda for the kids and they made the kids throw their soda away because it was an alcoholic event. They are kids and those drinks were very expensive. Definitely didn't make what was a fun day with kids, fun. Especially when the kids are bummed their drinks got taken away. I won't be going there anymore. It's ridiculous to make kids throw their pop away. We have 8 kids, so our kids don't have the luxury of drinking soda every day.

02/05/22 was first time in the arena. Nice for a smaller venue. Seats are tight and close together, little rough when watching a concert for 2.5 hrs. Not a bad venue.

Formerly, Ralston Arena, now called Liberty First Credit Union Arena (I'm guessing there was a large payment involved there). Though, honestly, everyone is just going to continue to refer to it as Ralston Arena. I've been for a couple of beerfests and an Omaha Lancers Hockey Game. The arena is rather small. It works out nicely for the local hockey team, but it's not an especially large venue with much floor space for other types of events. Seats are rather narrow. If you're on the larger side then you may find yourself awkwardly overflowing into the seats next to you. So, maybe get an aisle seat or buy an extra.

Felt they inforced rules for some and not others. When it came to the clear purse and what considered a small clutch. Not very nice at end of concert when they kicked us out in the cold while we were waiting for our Uber

I've been purchasing a suite with a group of 30-40 people. It seems they want to gouge us on ticket prices because they know we want them (they keep raising the price for our group). We're a bunch of electricians, whom for the most part, drink too much and tip well. When will they learn, most money is made at the concessions? I'm not trying to imply gouging at the concessions; I'm stating they're driving us away. We're actually creating more ticket sales by creating excitement about LFL football at our large place of employment. The staff involved with ticket sales at Ralston Arena has been a substantial disappointment. They also had one individual trying to cover drink orders for two 40-person suites- ridiculous! The marketing staff really jumps over a pile of money to snatch a $20 bill. They wonder why ticket sales are so poor. Everything else about Ralston Arena was awesome!

Would've gave 5 stars but we were there for the fights and we have a Dominoes gift card, there is a Dominoes there but they refused to take there own gift card. We ordered like $60 in pizza and where we live there is no Dominoes so now we spent $60 on pizza and have a $75 gift card we can't use.

One of my favorite places in the Omaha area. You can watch some Lancer Hockey, catch the Lancer's Mascot (the Chicken) skating on the ice, or go out to skate yourself. Lots of stuff going on since they have two slabs of ice.

I am very sad and disappointed with how this place runs their business. I had purchased tickets to a show recently (over $100) that went until midnight (originally the time was 2AM according to my tickets). I got there shortly before 11 only to be turned away because “they weren’t letting anyone else in”. I asked if they were at full capacity, the answer was no and the show was still going on. The security guy that claimed was his first day, was extremely rude and would not even give me his name. I had contacted the box office for a refund or atleast credit for another show and for the manager to give me a call. It has been a week and I have not received a response. Sadly, as a first time purchaser, I will not be spending anymore money on this place after this experience.

The arena can be a wedding reception venue, which is why I was there. It looks nice and the food was great. Be warned, the main arena may still be in use if you're having a reception or banquet. For example, there was a lingerie football game going on during the reception I attended. The game didn't have a negative impact on the reception, but it was a fun topic if conversation.

Employees walking around checking people for masks, which is fine, but when your employees call people names in front of others because they aren't wearing a mask momentarily, it puts a black mark on your establishment. I don't think this employee even knew the person she was talking about was with our team!

I went there for the first time for an Omaha Beef game because my wife got free tickets from work. It's a small venue, but comfortable and every seat has a good view. There is ample parking and it all feels relatively close to an entrance. The food and drinks are quite expensive though.

This place was very nice. My City Church rented this arena out for Easter Sunday. The set-up was awesome. The space was roomy. I like that the place has bleachers on the far side of the stage and the layout is pretty cool. I seen like three differnt departments on how the building could have been set-up\arranged. .

To my surprise the facility was super nice. Both rinks were in great shape and the place was very clean. As other reviews have mentioned there's a lot to be desired with their staff they seemingly can do a much better job of how they talk to people in the facility. We didn't get to play on the large rink but overall nice facility and will be back over the next few days.

Hollywood Undead and Papa Roach!! One of the absolute best concerts I've been to! The arena had all friendly employees and clean bathrooms. Thankfully I was too busy dancing to sit much because the hard plastic chairs are awful. They have canned beer and malt liquor they pour into cups, they have some harder liquor as well. They also serve multiple food items typical of arena food.

Saw a comedian perform here recently. The performer was in front of a screen but no one bothered to cast video of the performer onto the screen behind him, so if you were in the back half of the auditorium you had no idea what his face looked like. ALSO when a performance lets out, there needs to be a sign that says “RIGHT TURN ONLY” (for those leaving the venue). Otherwise people are waiting an eternity for multiple cars to turn left. 🙄

First, security is a bit overkill. I could bring my wallet in and my best friend who had the exact same one had to take hers back to the car. Makes no sense. Also, they’ll stop people from bringing things in yet none of them helped when a man was putting his hands on me. That is outrageous. After a man put his hands on me we decided to leave and my sister was trying to bring her pop home with us and they said she had to throw it away?!?! Don’t charge $4+ for pop if we can’t even finish it!! Lastly, I love the Lancers but I’m afraid if things don’t change at the arena I won’t be back. It’s not like you care as a corporation though. Do better.

We paid $100 per seat for the Dancing with the Stars show and had horrible seats. Our view was obstructed by equipment and the flashing lights throughout the show. These seats should NOT have been $100 seats. I have reached out to the manager Brian Krajewski several times with no response. They should not sell these seats knowing that the view is so bad. This will be the last time I attend anything here.

The arena is a great venue. The drawback was that to get to the ice level seats for the show, the doors into the arena weren't open. This forced people with mobility issues to have to walk all the way around the outside. Very bad idea. The closest door should be the access point.

I think the arena should be converted to a two story learning commons. Think part library part community collaboration space. The Ralston library would be on the first floor. The community collaboration space with meeting rooms/ classrooms and computer lab would be on the second floor. Convert some of the parking lot into green space for outdoor events and another part of the parking lot into an area for food trucks.

Looks like a nice place, but they have actual hired people to babysit mask usage. I was told mid drink of my $7 beverage that I had to pull my mask up. Clearly form the looks of the crowd I'm the only one that won't be back for while. They might as lock the doors since the people that do show up aren't allowed to enjoy them selves. I don't know if the 6 feet rule is a thing anymore since I didn't have any one with in 10 feet of on either side. Too bad could of good time, didn't know we needed babysitters

No problem at all with arena. Wish they hadn't employed the gestapo to ensure masks were worn. Really over the top and unnecessary. Good luck keeping the Lancers in business if you have to be so ridiculous. I took a drink and within 3 seconds was harassed to always wear a mask. I certainly wasn't the only one. You shouldn't be in a group setting if you have too much fear to move a mask aside and take a drink.

I am very discouraged with the matter. No names where given or taken at the time of the incident but we were at the Grupo firme event here In Omaha Nebraska. I had called the next day and spoke to the person in charge. His name i did get. Which is Brian. My husband was purchasing alcohol right before cut off and he had purchased 6 beverages. As he was paying the bartender yelled no more alcohol selling due to the time and mentioned ro everyone that this man is the last to be served, which was my husband. Then proceeded to Pull my husband aside to finish transaction and as he was paying a few people came up and took 3 of our beers out of the 6. And we still got charged full price and the bartender witnessed it all happen. The bartender just said to contact a police officer and by the time he grabbed a police officer to report it the bartender said sorry we are closed with doors shut. I called Brian back a few times with my name and number. No call back. I also spoke to him the next day after the event and was promised some kind of credit. Which never happened.

This is a nice facility. I have only been here for a limited number of events, but it seems well run and managed. There was one very large event and two smaller ones going on at the same time during my last visit and it appeared they all went off without a hitch. Have not been to a seated event here, but it seems fairly intimate - small size, seats close to the floor. Good restroom and concession facilities.

Attended Lancers game. Facility is very nice. Restrooms clean and stocked with soap and towels. Observed prior to the third period. Prices of drinks about what you would expect. Parking was easy to find. Leaving was smooth as well. Note the crowd size was not quite 3/4 capacity.

Pretty small venue so all seats are great but the people working there were not. They were rude when I handed over my purse for security check. They seemed annoyed that my boyfriend had put his wallet and phone in it. Then going into the venue we actually walked pass the ticket scanner as she was off doing something else. Then she ran up to us as we had done something wrong. We just figured someone ahead would scan the tickets. Found our seats easily and they were great. However if we would have gotten the seats at the other end of the row we would have been stuck. There was a closure and wouldn't have been able to get in and out without going all the way across the row. Show was great. Good prices. Parking was sketchy but worked out

We had an event in the ice rink and as expected it was cold. The closest bathrooms had the smell of sewage and it seemed to contaminate the whole area. The space was big and got the job done, but the banquet room is 💯 times better. They allow you to call in food trucks which helps since their concessions are not great. At the end of the day it's a space with was and doors, but not all that special.
