Everytime i bring an item in to pawn i am given a fair price and they treat me with respect. Its exactly what I expect out of a pawn shop. Never had a problem

My fiancé and I went in on March 20th about 20 minutes before the store was closing. We were welcomed in and helped as soon as we walked in. We had a bit of mixed up gold chains and various other jewelry. Even though it was almost time to close the store Dylan and Ashley took their time and handled us extremely nice and put my fiancé at ease about the whole process. We walked out very happy and satisfied even though we had kept Dylan and Ashley past closing time, they went out of their way and we walked out with $500.00 more than we thought we would. Very honest and helpful, Dylan and Ashley earned 2 new customers for Sol's. My fiancé was very upset when we had to sell some of our jewelry but when we went home my fiancé was smiling and happy. As a lifelong customer and former employee of sols I'm really disappointed I went in on the 1st of November and put a camera on layway and when I picked it up yesterday somehow they couldn't find the accessories that they said went with it the case the batteries or charger and when I called and asked about them they just basically said tough for you. I worked the counter with Sol and we never would have let something like that happen. Bad business boys and girls...

They buy your items at ridiculously low prices. That's bullshit. I had an car audio amp worth 200+ and they said I could get $25 for it. Still in perfect condition, still in proper working order. I was looking for at least 50 or even 75, but sols is a bunch of scam artists. Sols please go eff yourselves.

So the people are nice and friendly but they don’t check there electronics like they should at one store I got a Xbox 360 just for something to do when I’m off of work and it had like 7875557 account on it the controller was busted and 6 out of the 9 games I got did not work… so me being humble I just shrugged my solders and said o well… a week later I went to a different store location and got a ps4 again It was not reset and the controller absolutely will not connect.. I’m super disappointed I don’t know if I will be returning .. I guess it depends on if they make this right I will give more stars if they do

No one there seems to know what they are doing. I pawned my wedding ring due to an emergency on a Wednesday, and staited very clearly that I would be back on Friday to pick it up. When I arrived on Friday they charged me more to pick it up than they originally told me then AFTER taking my payment they said everything pawned had To be held for 48 hours. They supposedly refunded my payment claiming something about they cannot accept credit versus debit but it's not back in my bank account, so I cannot get my ring back. The staff needs to be trained and they need to be professional and learn better customer service skills.

I like going in there because they have a wide selection of firearms, pretty much anything that you could want. They are overpriced a tad but if you're able to make a deal with the guys at the gun counter they treat you decently. Other than that they kind of look at you like you're an idiot, until you hand them your debit card.

Terrible layout looks like a junk factory. The buy at very low prices or not at all. Had a JL Sub, amp and an Alpine amp just asked 300 bucks for it which even online used it is all worth well over a grand and they did not even want to look at it. WHY?? because they dont know how to merchandise and they jack prices up 100 percent. Most pawn shops that are successful have clean stores and knowledgeable people not idiots that can not get a job anywhere else. I actually wanted to also buy but like I said I am better off buying the products new from Walmart, Best Buy or NFM. Just like everything in this town they stink. This store is in an area where they want to rip off the Hispanic population because they may not understand or have credit to buy elsewhere. SHAME ON YOU If you need something go to one of the many other local pawn shops you will at least get someone who will talk to you. I could not even walk up the aisles because of all the clutter.

ATTENTION!!!!!!!! DO NOT SELL YOUR JEWELRY OR GOLD THERE, I have brought Jewlery there sold a ring for $20 odd bucks. Seen it on display 2 weeks later for $ 360, Now I have also brought a few items to other gold places cash bulletin, any way they pay you for the gold and if u like they will tear it apart so you can have your jewels, I was very pleased.
