Great Western Bank Galvin Rd, Bellevue

Terrible bank - they change their terms and agreements on a whim. Also, the only upside is they have banks all around town. Editing: learned that they changed ownership which is why they changed terms and agreements probably but still not satisfied you get charged a fee if you don’t meet their “conditions”. Some banks are free to have an account.. recommending to go check those out instead!

THIS IS A HORRIBLE NEW BANK SINCE THEY BECAME FIRST INTERSTATE BANK DO NOT USE THEM FIND ANOTHER BANK HAVE TRIED CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE 3 TIMES TO LOG IN TO MY NEW ACCOUNT SINCE IM NOW LOCKED OUT AND IT KEEPS HANGING UP THIS IS THE WORST BANK I HAVE EVER USED.

I have banked with GWB for the last 6 years. They have been good to me. I only have checking and savings with them. Never experienced a loan with them. I LOVE the fact that I can have $4 in my account and walk in with a $800 work check and cash it and walk away with all $800 instead of waiting a business day or two like other banks do. I dislike their online banking. I also have an account with Wells Fargo and the online banking is much more up to date and sophisticated. This location is old and needs to be bulldozed and rebuilt in my opinion. Every summer it seems their AC quits working. You will go in and it is very muggy. The employees are sitting there drenched with sweat and that brings out the stink in the lobby. :-( All in all, not a bad bank, just not a lot of extras. 4 our of 5 stars!

This bank sucks. Whenever we ask for the district manager, they decline to give it to us. I believe I know the reason why - because they have something to hide. They treat their customers like crap. Their managers act like they are big wigs and in a small pond and should be treated with kid gloves. I refuse to honor such a way. They put their pants on one leg at a time just like their customers do. They better start answering their phones at GWB on Harlin Dr in Bellevue or they will be sent a letter to BBB on behalf of like-minded people who loathe said GWB. Or many of us will leave this this so called institution of banking and take our business elsewhere in which we are treated with far greater respect and that bank is called Cectris Federal Credit Union of Omaha - They rock & put GWB to shame. Sign, a past but never to late GWB customer.

It's a great place to do business

I have ordered a new debit card from them, was tol it would be no more than 3 weeks top, it has been over 5 weeks and still nothing, was told that they can't track the card either, really infuriating!

Go to a bank that actually values their customers! The entire time I was with this bank, they constantly were depositing my money into various accounts, and the new e-banking app resulted in a big disappointment. It’s an absolute disorganized mess. It doesn’t let you log in half the time, making you constantly verify yourself, crashes, etc. When I finally made the decision to close my accounts and move elsewhere, they didn’t even care. The guy basically said "okay, see you later." Not even taking an interest to hear what my issues/concerns were. They don’t greet you when you walk in or anything. They act like you are inconveniencing them whenever you come in. I have since went to Navy Federal Credit Union, where they truly value their customers!

This bank is full of smart people willing to work with a person. When my Son passed away I had to fill out a small estate affidavit..blah blah.. I did what I had to do but the people at this branch were the only people smart enough to know how to deal with my situation. They know me by name and are the best and smartest people.

Great western bank is a great place to do business. The branch manager Amanda is very helpful and knowledgeable on what to do if a problem happens.
