Great bank and great staff. I have been banking with Centris for years now, and they are and have been a great bank to work with.

I've been a member since 2012 and they have never let me down. I have had two auto loans through them, and on my current one they offered to include tax title and plate money and the negative equity of my previous car on my new car's loan. I got a great Apr rate and if I ever have financial problems they do their best to help me and take care of me. The staff is very nice and professional, and getting a loan with them is easy. Also, the online banking is great. I often recommend people to bank with Centris.

I've only ever had pleasant experiences, both with this bank and especially with this location. In recent visits I've found exceptional assistance and service from Dakota. He's been extremely helpful and friendly with my every need, I'm very grateful.

The representatives are very friendly. However, the fees are very high and they need to update their technology. Their online banking is limited and it’s difficult to do stuff on your own because it’s not available. I feel once they update the technology and loosen the reigns with the online banking, this would be a good local bank.

I've been a member here since 2012 and couldn't be happier. Every loan I have out there is now a Centris loan. Their customer service is second to none. I tell people frequently they should make the switch!

This credit union has been one of the best banking experiences for us. The staff were professional from the start, and we trust them completely. We have not used their credit services, but they handed been voted to quality quite often in local rankings. I would not hesitate to recommend Centris to anyone.

This credit union has the most pleasant and helpful people working for them. I have an autistic son who opened his first bank account at age 18 and the banker was kind, calm and explained everything in as much detail as was needed. Everyone in my house has their accounts here now. The credit unions hours are much more accommodating for the working person which makes it much easier than banks when you work banking hours but still need to take care of your own business. I highly recommend them.

I love the people in the branch. HOWEVER, they took a HUGE step back technology wise. Their website is a POS. For being a bank that handles millions in $$, you'd expect them to have hired a much more competent technical division. Nothing on their site works, it randomly logs you out, their BillPay function DOES NOT WORK, you call the 800 or 402#s and no one can help you. Their phone system sends you in random loops for several minutes before you're able to actually find an #option that will ACTUALLY connect you to a live person. And those live people have been less than pleasant. You can't even checking PENDING charges, and then when you have to dispute, they want to charge you per dispute. It's rather annoying, and $60 to stop a fraudulent charge is ridiculous. It's fraud, but thanks for making ME have to pay for each charge. This bank is horrible in general. Switching banks due to the lack of service and their backwards way of doing anything...

Best experience I’ve ever had with banking and loan application was super simple. They made easy. Their rates are amazing. They are very professional. Great experience all round!!

Showed up at 5:20pm and they were completely closed despite the fact that they are supposed to be open until 5:30 and drive through supposed to be open until 6pm. Nothing was opened on a Friday night. I had to rush across town so I could get what I needed to pay my rent. This is absolutely ridiculous.
