This was the worst branch location I’ve been to. They messed up on my transaction so I called to see if I can get it fixed over the phone. When I tried to call them, they hung on my three times! So I had to drive back to the branch. Complete waste of time when it could’ve been easily fixed over the phone.

I was hacked. The employee I was with never went over with me on the computer for what I was involved and not involved in with charges on my account. So I didn't get a refund for something I didn't do

Worst ever. I opened an account and deposited my check on Tuesday and they said I can't get my $ until 4 weeks from now

Rude customer service representatives. No supervision apparently. Not clear on procedures from one person to the next! Not the way ANY financial services institution should operate !!

This location is the worst location I have ever been too, bank teller never acknowledged me from the time I came and from the time I left the window. It took foreverrrr for me to recieve my transaction, the customer service is horrible. I might as well travel a few more miles for better customer service.

Absolutely horrible experience in Zion! Tyree ignored my calls when I rang teller button. He finally answered after I rang about 10 times and had a bad attitude. He did not want to give me a receipt for two $1,000 deposits. Please train your employees better!

I've had two problems with the bank and tracking checks and they were not at all helpful and did not return phone calls after they said they would

I've been a member of GLCU since I financed my 3rd car at the Original Waukegan location 30 years ago. The automobile financing rates are good and there really is no complaints about that. In 2012 I opened a checking account at this Zion location to have my revenues earned on YOUTUBE direct deposited into. I really have no complaints in this department either. In 2016 I started to look into acquiring home financing for the first time ever. Brendan Cunningham was who I dealt with and he was a total nightmare. He was so incompetent that I abandoned the process at that time. I would suggest everyone use Brian Jaffe from US Bank as I just completed the initial process and secured a purchase ready buyer certificate. Brian Jaffe alleviated the pains associated with home financing and made it easy. Its for this reason GLCU gets negative reviews in this department. On May 8 2017 I requested a copy of a check that was sent to me and cashed in November 2016. I needed that check by May 17 2017 for an important case I was involved in. I was told by the walkup teller that I would be called within a week when it arrived. Its now June 30 2017 and still have not received that copy of that check or a call anout it. I also have experienced times when the employees do not know what they are talking about pertaining to their job. Rather than find the correct answers they try to misinform me. For these reasons I will rate these experiences and this place the second lowest possible until further notice. I have been blessed with unparalleled vision for deer and evil! Slowest bank I have ever been to by far !!! Needs more employees! Have had only problems here.
