PNC Bank Sheridan Rd, Zion

I used there mobile deposit banking to cash my check and initially I was suppose to get paid the next day but had to wait 5-7 days to get my check. They don’t go the extra mile either to make sure your problem is solved. The representatives over the phone have no knowledge about anything. Wouldn’t recommend getting this bank

Poor customer service. In every other branch I'm able to withdraw cash using only ID and my debit card. This branch, however, I was instructed that I need to remember my whole account number and fill out withdrawal slip etc.

Have been a member for almost 20 years and today my accounts have been pulled as well as my kids are being pulled over the next few days. I have never had a manager so rude and a ‘banker with no cojones’ to take care of us. They let me know they didn’t want our business, really a bank doesn’t want to make money on our money. Simple I wanted to open a different account (basic) but then the questions, why do you need another account, where do you work, la di da. Are you kidding, again almost 20 years as a customer, pretty sure you have all of our information!! By the way manager, I called and you can get a basic/standard account and not be charged monthly fees and you do not need direct deposit either. Maybe corporate should be looking into the way the bank is being run.

Horrible waited outside and when they let me in they said an hour to two hour wait to see banker Zion branch is horrible

My employer does commercial banking with this bank so I took my check to cash it there and they still wanted me to pay 2% really even if the check its from your own bank you still charging me 2%.. Thieves

Not sure why anyone would say it's hard to access their account when all you need is your ID and debit card to withdrawal cash from PNC. The first thing they ask you is for your account # as is the fastest way they can access your account. Which, btw, they give you a card with your account# and routing number when you first sign up with them. If you misplace it, ask for another. That's it. Just because you had a bad day because things didn't work out for you, don't take it out on them. They are meant to secure your account, which is the main reason I go through PNC due to their secure systems. Not everyone likes to do things online or over the phone as is the main source for scammers hacking people's accounts! I see why a lot of you chose to close out your accounts. Good riddance.

I will be contacting corporate they have poor customer service. They act like we cant handle issues over the phone and a person has all their information. They constantly locking my account like why? Then I just moved to Illinois and they want you to come in just to unlock your account. So my money is froze until I can get a ride to the bank this really doesn't make any sense. I will be taking my little money out of their bank, and closing with them I found something else. Bad experience.

Worst ban worst employees please if you can just don't even go here.

One of the last banks and establishments in Zion that exchanges your cash for coins($10 roll of quarters) without needing to be a member(having a account). Thanks PNC

Horrible place. When you need your money , you can't get it cause they are always closed for some reason. Then you get direct deposit and it has to pend for 1 til 2 business days and they stay closed for birthdays that we don't even celebrate ourselves . it is all a joke with this bank.
