Staff very nice and always trying to help out people when We need. Every time That I go there. I like the service they have in our neighborhood.

I love coming to the library. We go atleast weekly and even if they do not have a book we want I can always put a hold on books or get them on the Libby app. Staff is always great and friendly. Please support our local library!

Today was my first visit inside this library in two years since Covid crisis started. Pleased at new layout & changes inside. Also had friendly helpful librarians help me with computers, & introduce me to the geneology room for an upcoming special personal project.

This was my childhood hangout spot and the librarians have always been helpful to me throughout the years. They have awesome programs too!

Best Library ever. Used the computer there and got a new library card. Needed I.D. and mail with current address to get new Library card.

Great staff. Always find a good book to read.

The youth section of the library is loads of fun for the little ones. The Kohl's Children Museum is amazing.❤

A few months ago I started using the on line ordering system to check out books and dvds. I thought that due to COVID that you would have a better way of checking in items that was lent out. This was my second attempt in using this library and had stopped due to the fact that a number of years ago I had an issue where my brother had returned something but on your end it stated that it was not checked back in. Eventually you found that item that we had turned in but the end results was that we where not happy with your services. Now I am having this same issue in that I have returned an item and you are leaving me messages on my phone stating that I have a late item out and to return it. When first getting a phone call about this issue I had called in to state that I had returned your item. I have made the attempt to come in to tell you that I have returned that item and that you need to look for it on your end. I did this a few days ago. Yesterday I have received another phone call about returning your item and again I can say that you have it somewhere. Today I had made another attempt in calling in to state that I don't have that item and that it has been turned in. All I know is that I will not come back to use your library. Your system still has some flaws. These past few months I have been checking things out and have not had any issues in returning any of the items. During the time that I had to return the suppose item that you are looking for I had also had a second item that was turned in that same day. That second item was also lost but you had found it. In the end I would be happy to just turn in my library card and no longer use your services. If I need any books or videos will use the stores to pick up these items or go on line to order them. When writing this review and looking at the prior reviews it is disappointing that I would have to write this due to the fact that others are happy with your services. I wish that I could say the same.

They were very accommodating since we had to change our venue due to some other concerns that transpired throughout the day. Kudos to the new director and Jim.
