We used Andrew Fortune and Great Colorado Homes to sell our home a few months ago. Andrew and his company are hands down the best we have worked with! Our house ended up being one of the hot listed homes in the Colorado Springs area, which we thought that was very impressive. Andrew made the whole process easy and took extra steps that other realtors don’t, such as staging, professional video, 3D tour, and much more. It was seamless working with Andrew because he cared about every aspect of the listing - from staging with his wife, to bringing a drone to capture aerial footage, to using special camera lens’ to enhance views, he was apart of every step in listing our home.
