We are having nothing but one delay after another. Everything we were told we needed to do was done immediately only to get pushed back every time we were told everything was reafy. We are trying to move long distance with jobs lined up with starting dates. The procrastination of our agent may actually cost us our jobs the we will desperately need upon signing. I would think a lender might think having a job to pay the loan would be important. Obviously not. If or we weren't so far in the process, and desperate to get this done I would definitely seek another lender. Very stressful for the whole family and very unprofessional. I would not recommend our agent to anyone for anything. They obviously don't have the slightest clue as to what we are going through with all of this.
