If I could give this company a ZERO star rating I would. As a former employee all I can say is beware. Representatives have no clue what’s going on mainly because management is scattered and has no clue as to what to do. You’re advised to be deceitful just to get off the phones. A bunch of unprofessionals are running this company which puts the GM brand to shame. Best advice as a previous insider is to PLEASE get your car loan elsewhere unless you want to be deceived and scammed for your money. You will be falsely informed about merely every little thing you call about. This company does not care about anything other than getting their money nor do they care how they do. I cannot express the amount of dissatisfied customers I spoke to on a daily basis.

Service is paramount here and its employees continually seek the interests of their customers.

The worst company ever that I have worked for. It’s all about who you know.. and Management is pathetic and worry about the wrong things it’s literally only one good manager there.

Can someone at GM Financial please tell me how it's ok to come to the restaurants in the Arlington Highlands order food, "ask for a GM financial discount", get one, "because you say everyone gives one", and than proceed to not tip. Pathetic.

Absolutely the worst car loan experience ever. This is a real review. 30 minute wait times EVERY TIME I CALL. Horrid. Do yourself a favor and find a credit union.

I have been having the worst experience since I purchased another vehicle with them,I had a 2010 that I paid off and recently got a 2011 of the same model and every time I make a payment every month 2 weeks in advance before my due date it's always something,my 1st payment went toward my paid off vehicle instead of the new one then they had the nerve to say I didn't make a payment..my third payment was split into (Sept/Oct) payment and i was told I was 16 days late now it on telling what happened to October's payment...what a headache
