    I've been waiting since April of 2020 to get my $119.67 these people tell me over and over after i filed a dispute and did EVERYTHING! That they asked for in return i have not gotten my resolution paperwork in the mail from this UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY! Every time they tell me that it's been sent and that they can't tell me what's going on!!!!!! This company is Poorly Managed and doesn't take care of thier card members and THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT RETURN IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    This is my first bad review of any company ever. I am just so angry that I had to. My card , which never left me nor does anyone have my pin, was used. I called customer service and had to go to the fraudulent claims department. After 7 minutes on hold someone picked up the phone and just hung it up. They did this two times. I was out of my mind mad but remained calm, I guess they needed to clear out their queue to make it look as if they were working. Then after close to 45 minutes of this I finally get someone on the phone and they tell me they are going to send the paperwork. At this point (I'm so glad I asked what happens next)she said I must get it back in 10 days because if not it would be declined. Now, almost 8 days later, I still have not gotten the paperwork or my new card so I have not one penny to my name. I told this to them that this is how my employer pays me. I called again today and low and behold they now can magically email me the paperwork so I can get it in quicker. NO ONE told me this even after I explained this is the only way I get money from my job. I then asked where my new card is and she said I have to call back to customer service and ask for a new one. Again NO ONE TOLD ME ANY OF THIS, even though I explained again I have no money. Do not use them if you don't have to. They don't care. Customer service is horrendous and this is all around a great example of what a company should not be.

    I will give 0 stars to this company. Spoke with Jennifer in the dispute department and she was extremely rude!!!! when I was talking she was over talking me and when she talked I couldn't get a word in because she was not understanding the nature of my call. She was rude the whole time and kept cutting me off every time I addressed my about concern. When I spoke she cut me off it was horrible. This company needs to learn how to deal with customers on a more pleasant professional level. I told Jennifer I was going to make a complaint on her and she told me I noted your account about you too. She wouldn't give me her last initial for her name and she stated she's the only Jennifer supervisor in the dispute department. So Rude !!!!! I will look into switching companies really soon. The wait time to talk to someone is 40mins to 1 hour then sometimes the phone hangs up so you waisted your time. Anything disputed they will not cover you. So pray you dont get scammed. They are only here to make money.

    My employer I is very upset with your dispute department. My account got compromised and wiped clean. I caught it and reported it within 24 hours. At the time I called the charges were still pending so I asked your rep to stop payment because I didn't make them and my card was in my possession. He said he would stop payment, we cancelled my card and mailed me a new one. He said after he do his investigation he would refund my money. Instead 3 weeks later I received saying he found no error. The charges stayed pending for 2 days. Don't understand why you didn't just stop payment and refund my money. Now I'm stuck in a hole while my employer and I is making phone calls and writing letters trying to get my money back. You really dropped the ball this time. Poor job fellas.

    This company has been taking money out of my account. I called & talked to 3 or 4 agents and a supervisor. When I spoke to him he assured me my account was fixed. I wake up today & my car payment money is gone. You are waiting 45 mintues to an hour for someone to pick up the phone. Once you get someone they place you on hold 7 or 8 times without asking you. Then they tell you that you need to wait extra days for your money that you shouldn't have to wait for. This is ridiculous smh I need my money back now. If my car gets repossessed due to Global Cash negligence I will be suing y'all & thats not a threat but a promise. I'm waiting for someone to answer now & I been waiting 51:02 so far

    Wow where do I start when u dispute a transaction. Dont expect a refund or a answer to ur request! I had a email with the merchant stating my money will be refunded n still was denied the money to be put back on my card. Asked for corporate number n still gave me the run around! Filed a claim with bbb not a way to handle disputes!!!

    HORRIBLE CARD SERVICE. Customer service has ok attitude, but very irresponsible. So many little details they won't tell you once you receive your card. I don't recommend to get a card from here. Had some deposit problems, they first asked for a copy of my social and ID to verify that it was me, gave me the wrong fax number so that took over a day to get done, money still wasn't there. Called again and told me I had to resend the fax because the image was too dark, after they said that the money would be there. Next day came and money was not there, I called and the girl said deposit was rejected because my card was not active during that time. How come nobody called? or maybe mentioned anything before??! I have bills to pay and the deposit was a decent amount of money. Over 10 days to get that figured out!

    Their service is extremely horrible!! They shouldn't even get 1 star. Everyone in the dispute department should have to attend a customer service training class again!! Not to mention they put you on hold and then hang up on you constantly! I have an on going dispute that I was told by 2 dispute reps that should not even be filled. One rep told me oh well it isn't my money and that it was my own fault anyways. Is this how customers should be handle? Then not even 20 minutes ago I was yelled at and told to just call back on the 24th if I wanted to know anything because he couldn't tell me anything about my acct. The level of respect is horrible all the way around. Once I figure out where my money has went I will be closing my acct. that I have had for the past 4 years!!

    I've called them several times, not that I had problems with using my card or any trouble with my card, and I've always gotten great service! The CSRs go above and beyond to help with any thing they can. I use my card to pay bills and shop with absolutely no problems. I switched jobs and had no problems getting a routing number so I could have my checks direct deposit. Get card, great service, I highly recommend global cash card to anyone.

    First off these 5 Star reviews are clearly set up by the company and are lies. Ive unfortunately had to use their card for years having gone back to temporary labor agencies like Labor Ready during the tough economic times. Ive always had the most unbelievable problems with them as well as ridiculous fees for anything the can find. You basically can't check your balance without paying. If you try and do it the free way by logging in online a problem will occur with your online account that they conveniently cant fix right away forcing you to check your balance over they phone incurring a pointless fee, TO CHECK YOUR BALANCE. With that if you simply try to avoid checking the balance you will be charged if your declined at the register. This is just one small example of this scamming joke of a company operates. The most ridiculous issue I just had with them is that I had to call them because money I had worked for and had a receipt for wasn't being available for use. It seemed that since I was calling to spend my monewy that of course they would find a problem they never brought up before which was their fault and put a lock on my account. When they verified my birthday it was one day off in their system than my actual birthdate and even though it was their mistake they locked my account. They real funny thing was different call center departments were blaming each other for causing the problems and calling out the blame with the supposed customer ( I say supposed because we are actually victims of crimes of robbery of your money and your time) which was so unprofessional. This company should be closed down by the government plain and simple. These companies cause so much reciprocal damage it would need economists and theorist to figure them all out but they simply hurt and hinder our country from growth. Global Cash Card company IS A CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY!!!!!!!!!

    Worst customer service EVER! My son's tax refund is being held up because they say they need copies of his ID and Social Security card even though he used his routing and account numbers. He faxed the information that they asked for and that wasn't good enough, so they gave him a "site" to go to upload the information, which we couldn't find. I called for him, sat on hold for 30 minutes, the girl rudely informed me that it wasn't a site it was a link that we had been given then she hung up on me. This is the 3rd time we have tried to put money on my son's card and it is always an ordeal. He's trying to receive funds not take them out.

    If I could give a lower rating, I would. This company is absolutely awful. The customer service is a joke. I have an employee that is using the card to get paid. She had an issue receiving funds today and every time she calls in, they tell her that her employer (me) has to call, and every time I call, they tell me she is the only person they can talk to. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told no. The people I speak to are rude and do not help in any way, shape, or form. I have been dealing with this issue for hours and no one will help. I've left messages for various people and no one will call back. I have never seen a more poor customer service facility. I will NEVER give this company business for as long as I live. This is not how I want to represent our business to my employees and I'm writing this review in hopes that other companies will partner with a bank that actually cares about their customers, versus a prepaid card with the worst customer service in history.

    Worst Service EVER!!! I lost my card and wanted to receive a new card. However, they screwed up with my mailing address. Each time I wanted a funds transfer, a different rep would tell me different information such as "oh you need a copy of your last bank statement, voided check etc" and then they would tell me "You need your CVC code". This shouldn't be that difficult of a process. Y'all are trained in fund transferring. I don't understand why everyone who works at this company makes everything more difficult than it should be.

    After jumping through hoops for over a week, they finally decided to dispute charges on my card. Took less than a week and they decided there was nothing to dispute. Over $600 dollars worth of charges that were not mine. Still fighting them on this and unfortunately I am not the first person to go unhelped by this company....I posted this a few weeks ago and couldn't find a way to reply. If anyone sees that the company has commented on a bad review odds are they didn't do anything to fix the issue. Shady is the name of the game...

    My husband just had $150.00 disappear out of nowhere after he physically checked his balance by phone for which $150 was there. I called CS only to be beyond confused with how the number sentence was being stated. So, I then moved to the website we can physically see each itemized transaction in detail. Unfortunately, not too much detail was given. Not even adding up the other numbers added up to the $150. The dates & times of some of the transactions didn't match up of the actual transaction which was also confusing because I was ACTUALLY present for most. Now the question is where's my money honey??? If there was nothing pending & the transactions don't add up what happened. Then CS couldn't give us a possibility of anything. This IS by far the worst bank card I've heard of. There's fees for everything no incentives but a sweepstakes (WOW). So the moral of the story move on. GCC is not to be trusted!

    I don't want to give this company ANY STARS!!! I had my card hacked and someone used it an atm. I called today to dispute the charges and was on hold for over an hour. I spoke with Bernette and she got my dispute amount wrong. I called back just tonight at about 6:45pm to confirm the amount of my dispute, I spoke with someone named J Brian (she refused to give her name) and when I asked for a manager because she was rude, she threw me back to the beginning of my call after that I was already on hold for 30 minutes. I spoke to another guy that played dumb and restarted my call again before I was transferred to another person that placed me on the phone with a so-called supervisor named Wilbur. After an hour of all of this, i wanted to directly complain on every single person i spoke to. Wilbur was extremely disrespectful and ADMITTED that they had a big problem with staffing and lack of respect in customer service already. He ultimately refused to help me and hung up in my face as well. I've already submitted a complaint on another website and will be contacting the better business bureau to find out what my legal options are. It seems like this company has a reputation for being mean, and i'm willing to go through whatever necessary to hold them accountable. VERY RUDE!!! VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!! I HAD OVER $600 STOLEN FROM ME AND YOU GUYS TREAT YOUR CLIENTS RUDE!!! NOT OKAY!!!

    They had a snafu and had the wrong social security number on my account. The told me that they needed to contact someone from my company. They called them and they said that they couldn't do anything without me there/ All of my information is correct. I called customer service back. The gentlemen that was assisting me hung up on me. It's the weekend and I have tried to call them back today and been on hold for minutes so far. I sent them my social security card by fax as they requested and they still have not resolved the issue. I must say that I am extremely disappointed with their procedure and customer service. I would not recommend this organization to anyone, personal or business. I hate that I was require to even give them one star to continue with this review. Under NO circumstances would I ever use this organization for personal or business reasons.

    Wow, these reviews aren't lying when they say that this company offers horrible customer service. Some of these reviews date back years and they are still having these same issues. I have called 3 time this morning because my card was declined for no apparent reason. I was hung up on the first time because I was being "transferred" to customer service, this after waiting 30 minutes for someone to initially answer my call that I made to the number that is advertised as customer service. The last 2 calls I attempted I was just hung up on after hearing their 2-3 minute advertisement about themselves, then put on hold for about 20 minutes and then the call being disconnected afterwards without anyone picking up. I just gave up on any type of attempt afterwards. If you have any kind of emergency you might as well just give up which is very sad and ridiculous.

    I was very impressed with the help I received today. The associate was very patient and took the time to explain to me the situation. He never interrupted me, never felt rushed, and I felt his sincerity to help me with my concerns. He even took the time to give me some valuable and useful advice I never thought about on how to take care of my card. I couldn't believe that such kind of Customer Service still exists. Keep up the great work! Thank you all very much! You just made my day!

    This is the first time I have had to use a pay card of this type. I had an issue where a hold had been placed on my card by a store. The payment had been removed from the card, but the hold was still there. The customer service line was excellent. They returned my call exactly when they said they would, the service person handled the problem efficiently and quickly. The entire call was handled in less than 5 minutes and the problem taken care of. One of the best experience I have had with a call center.

    THEY DONT DESERVE ONE STAR!!!!!COMPANY IS A FRAUD !!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! After reading several reviews I'm convinced that this company has some fish stuff going on! like several other reviews I have seen , my card was fraudulently used. the card never left my possession but there were several charges from food lion and family dollar. after minutes the customer service rep was not helpful or seemed a bit concerned that this has happened to me. After asking questions the phone just magically hung up so I immediately called back where I was put on hold for an additional 45 minutes only for them to hang up on me again!!!! He stated to me that I couldn't file a claim til the charged clear out of pending status . and after I file it would take ten day!!!!! unbelievable !!!! i trusted them with my money and you tell me i have to wait. I am a single mother and have bills!!! I will be contacting the BBB !!!!

    I am being told the "merchant" can take up to 10 days to reply with a favorable or unfavorable verdict after being victim of fraud to the tune of $1200 plus dollars. You would think these people would think about using there insurance to respond when consumers are victims, but who am I kidding, these people are cheap. I will be letting the director of my call center know so that we can look elsewhere for prepaid card services. At my corporation we care about our customers and we make sure it reflects in our service, and Global cash card you failed! I will make sure your contract is dropped.

    I have been dealing with Global Cash all day!!! I was hung up on a total of Five times An none of those employees bothered to call back to help resolve the issue. On the sixth agent the young lady said I'll have a supervisor contact you back he is actually on Another phone call with another customer and I don't know how long he'll be but I can assure you he will contact you back within the hour well the supervisor never contacted me back. My husband also Attempted to call because by then I am frustrated and the same thing happened to him he got hung up on twice and then the third time when he got thru he was told that they would call him back and no one ever contacted him back to speak to supervisor. Finally on the seventh time I call I tell the young lady please let me tell you The reason for my call today and we'll go from there. I repeated everything that I had already repeated to the last sixth agents an she says no worries I can assure you will resolve this An your account will be back to norma an I would be taken care of . She got me in contact with the supervisor and the supervisor basically Was talking in loops Repeating the same things over and over and over . Basically stating that I would need to follow up with this issue later but assured me that my account would be in good standing . So I call back for the eighth time An repeat everything again an the young lady says okay will get this resolved An will fix your issue well the supervisor gets on the phone An says the problem has been resolved but my account is now negative !!! I told him the employees informed me I would be taken care of an so forth meaning the issue would be resolved well he didn't stand by what his employees said instead said he would talk to the team to let them know that's not the way to go about it . Very sloppy customer service for sure an I believe he should of honored what his employees were telling me on there end. It's unfortunate that these employees are getting trained to make the customer happy An the supervisor refuses too horrible customer service

    Love the card, however not too long ago I had the worse costumer service rep. She was extremely rude I was trying to go over my transactions she kept putting me on hold then I would hear her laugh wit someone in the background as she complete ignore me, I also heard someone cussing while she was just laughing. Then she would put me on hold for a long time. She also sent me an email saying rude things. I told her I would contact her supervisor and to provide me wit her name and she said she didn't have to do it and that she had all my information just in case I said anything. I take that as a threat. I have no other information other than that email she sent to me, very poor costumer service !

    Says no monthly fee but each month there's a $1 monthly fee. At first I assumed the dollars were being deducted for something else, but they're clearly labelled "August monthly fee" "September monthly fee" etc. Their ATM and balance checking fees are also a lot worse than other banks. I'm trying to close my account, but I can't seem to do it. There's nothing on their website about how to close your account, I'm currently on the phone trying to get through to a customer service rep. I have been waiting for over 30 minutes while the phone plays light jazz music with a recorded voice telling me "Thank you for holding, one of our customer service professionals will be with you shortly" every 60 seconds. I have yet to get through to an actual human so I guess this message is also a lie. I've already transferred all my money to another bank, but still have a positive balance in my Global Cash Card account of like 75 cents. At this point I don't even care about the 75 cents, just close my account please. Absolute garbage company. The only reason I had to get this card is I got a minimum wage job where the company doesn't do paper checks so to get paid they make you sign up for this card. Global Cash Card is a company that nickel and dimes people who are already poor and working at low wage jobs. I bet the CEO feels really good about himself and that his mom is so proud of him! "You're parasiting off the poor people of the world son, way to go!" If the CEO or any of the higher-ups in this company happen to read this I want you to know that you are the human equivalent of parasitic worms living inside poor peoples' large intestines surrounded by feces, yeah you may make money but is it really worth being a human worm turd to make it? Also, you better be careful about this fee BS or there could be a lawsuit in the future. Sooner or later everyone get what's coming to them.

    Most of the time, I call customer service and expect a huge argument and frustration, definitely was not the case today When I spoke to Global Cash Card Representative Dana, SHE WAS FANTASTIC, nice, courteous, articulate, and knew exactly what she was doing. I never anticipated such a pleasant experience, definitely the best card holder service, I have ever had, AND I WORK IN A CALL CENTER MYSELF!!!

    Never have had a problem with this card until last week when my account came up short of $127 because of an ATM so I called ATM owners and they showed me where it says that the $127 was not taken out and that it was the card holders . so I called customer service and the lady pretty much said I'm screwed for $127 said they would sent dispute papers never have I received those and still have not received a call from anyone asking if the money was put back on my card nor has my money showed back up it has something to do with the card holder services and they won't help me! Its not like it's only $2 or even $20 its $127 missing !! So be careful

    If I could rate them with a negative I would! They charge you $1.00 to look up your balance on an ATM. Only your first transaction is "free" after that you are charged with fees to withdraw on ATMs that are listed on their website as being no fee. I don't see where they have listed all of these hidden costs to the customers on their website. This might be an easier program for employers but not for employees. If you can get your check direct deposited into a bank account would be better or a credit union would be best. Then instead of paying fees you would be making money!

    Every single time that I am to get a deposited to this card something is always wrong. Then when I call to get balance information, I enter my account number and all I hear is beeping. This is not the way this should work. But again it happens ever single time. So this time I'm reporting this company to the FDIC as well as the BBB. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!!!

    In a world where customer service is soon to be obsolete along with loving kindness. i spoke with a representative @ Global cash by the name of Anna. She was very patient, attentive, and helpful. being so impressed by her warmth i had to give her a 5 star rating on properly handling your customer.     I honestly don't know why so many people say it's bad for tax returns. It's not, it get's deposited directly, great for getting paid because you get it the morning of your payday. If you can't find a bank an is mad about that (because you want to direct deposit or send money) it clearly states on the website to go to a Western Union. I don't understand it when people rate it low and haven't even use the company before. Don't rate it low if you HAVEN'T EVEN USED IT. I love this card company, my sister had a hold of my phone and made random purchases, she's only 9 mind you, the company contacted me and returned the money that was used. There was a strange transaction that I didn't remember and they located it and refunded me my money. Great guest service. Lovely people.
