Customer service is always friendly and provides convenient solutions. I have never left an in branch or virtual visit unhappy or with issues left unresolved. Attention to detail and ability to provide services remotely, including loan refinancing, has been a huge relief during COVID and helped keep me and my family safe from public exposure while fulfilling all usual banking services. Can’t say enough positive things about GeoVista, especially loan officer Ms Lewis!

This is literally the most frustrating credit union I've ever utilized. I try to keep my funds elsewhere but decided to take Vista for a spin again and was reminded why. Their app and website is too basic and doesn't give control to the user. They don't make it simple to add an external account to transfer funds to on the site or in the app. Need to cash app multiple people in one sitting? Prepare for a frozen card and a headache. The system is supposed to give a courtesy call before they freeze your card and the past two times I've not received a call. Why they don't have an in app option to freeze/unfreeze it yourself in 2022 is beyond my understanding. If you're reading this while searching for a credit union to join, please call Navy Fed. They can set you up over the phone. If you ever need a replacement card they overnight it or you can walk into a branch and they will make one for you on the spot (had to wait a week to receive a replacement from vista and when my lost was returned before the new one arrived they couldn't even temporarily reactivate it so I could withdraw funds). With Navy Federal you can do and find whatever you need from their app. Need your account and routing number? No problem, you can find it in the app (not visible in app or website with Vista). Need to use Zelle or transfer to an external bank? Guess what?! WITH NAVY FED IT TAKES MINUTES AND IS EASY AF!!! Their customer support staff is available 24/7. I actually remember when they set up my account in 2015 at 2am!!! You can freeze/unfreeze your card whenever you need. If you have direct deposit they repay your ATM fees. I really have nothing negative to say about Navy Fed. You don't need to be military to join, an account holder can sponsor you.

Excellent customer service, and go out of the way to make sure you are taken care of. Brittany in the loan department, Heather Lewis and Kathleen Lancia worked diligently to make sure my loan was finalized and went the extra mile to ensure it was done before the weekend.

Horrible customer service. My card had fraud detected and I'm currently working out of town with no funds except what's on my card. Instead of trying to better assist or at least find a quicker way for me to get my card I was hung up on. No real way to solve an issue just because the customer is complaining about their options. I wasn't rude. I didn't curse. There was no need for the individual to release the call. This is already a stressful situation. Her actions made it worse. Update: One week later I had to drive to GA to physically get a card because it had yet to arrive. The person never put in a request for me to receive a card even though she was aware that I was out of the area. The young lady at the Pooler branch was helpful. The only thing I didn't agree with is that I had to request a card. If my card is terminated due to fraud, I should immediately be issued a new card. I shouldn't have to request it. I was given a temporary card until my new one was sent.

I was very well pleased to have the opportunity to conduct business with knowledgeable and professional staff members. Their concern for my best interest and well being is commendable. They provided adequate time to fully explain in detail the best rates possible that would better fit my budget. As a result, I am totally satisfied. I will recommend this branch to Family and Friends. I also would like to say a special thank you to Ms Kerrilyn, Ms Shelby and Ms Heather. Their customer service attitude is extremely appreciated. I applied for a loan due to some unfortunate circumstances that arose. Heather and Sasha from the loan department were very helpful and worked diligently to get the funds I applied for! Would advise anyone to come to this bank for lending! Again, ladies THANK YOU!

I have the misfortune of getting an automotive loan financed through this institution. Everything went great until I was trying to make a payment. Apparently you cannot make a payment on their app, you cannot make a payment online and you cannot make a phone payment, unless they are your bank.

Great team at GoeVista, by far the best loan rates around even compared to other credit unions! Was able to complete my loan long distance without having to go in to the building. Everyone kept me up to date with great communication. Five star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
