I love this place!!! I found a ring here for a really good price they are always willing to make deals. They also offer layway which is easier for me to pay off a big purchases. I also have my eyes on a couple guns! The people that work there are really friendly, and helpful!

Fast and friendly service 99% of the time. They normally get rid if the employees who are rude. Out of the 10+ years I've used this company I was only done wrong on one occasion by fault of an employee. Steps were taken to make sure it didn't happen again and they did their best to make things right

The staff are always polite and very helpful. They also offer the post money for your merchandise or pawn.

I go in this pawn shop every 2 weeks and spend anywhere from 200 to 1000 with them. I sent my wife in to sell something to them and they low balled her I am not pleased with this and do not feel she got the best deal. You may have lost a very loyal customer. 2 stars for doing business with them so long.

What a pleasant experience ! Extremely helpful informative friendly staff ..wasn't sure what to expect..was looking for a little spending money because I have several birthdays weddings events etc coming up and it always helps to be prepared and ahead of the game. However like everyone knows Covid slowed the workforce down a little bit and my cash flow was running low so I decided to pawn some items I had laying around the house and see how the process worked. Honestly I was a little nervous at first .. I had no idea where to go so I randomly selected Mr Cash from Google and decided to go there because they had decent reviews and the pictures looked like it was a comfortable environment with a pretty big selection which was great because I was bringing some pretty random items in not knowing if they would pawn them or not. As soon as I walked in the door a very nice gentleman immediately greeted me and asked what he could assist me with because I didn't bring anything in yet I was still checking out the place haha he even went outside to my vehicle and carried my items inside for me without hesitation. (a few of them were rather heavy but he didn't blink an eye). I didn't have any problems with any of the items I wanted to pawn. No questions asked no third degree which I was glad about because some were tools I knew nothing about so I was hoping that they did haha and I didn't feel uncomfortable or unsure in any way that I was going to get the best price for my items. Well my items were being processed I walked around the store very nice inventory lots of things to choose from good prices then my name was called they took my ID my picture and handed me my cash with a smile and it was that easy !! I definitely will be going to Mr Cash again and I highly would recommend them to friends family or anyone that is looking for a painless simple process 20 pawn or sell an item that they simply have no use for or just need a few extra dollars 😊 oh I didn't want to add one more note this was important to me I did not realize that they closed early on Saturday and I was a last-minute customer however the sweet gentleman (and I feel horrible because yes he did give me his name but my short-term memory and nerves at the time were high Icould not recall it for this review I apologize) but he was AWESOME!! (and his initials on my receipt are SAB) that waited on me did not give me the evil eye lol or act like he was highly perturbed that i was coming in at the last second like some employees of certain businesses will do to let you know they are not happy that you are coming in right before they're closing because they want to go home and they clearly make it a point to let you know how they feel. Did not get that at all and Mr Cash no mention of the time closing angry looks nothing it was well after closing time when I left I do apologize to Mr Cash employees I do understand wanting to go home BUT thank you and I appreciate the help! Go check it out for yourself Mr Cash is the way to go when you want to pawn or sell an item quickly and easily and have a pleasant customer experience! But I won't give them five stars... I will give them 10 !!!!!!!!

Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I have made a number of purchases from them, tools, appliances and guitars for the most part, and one firearm. Their customer service is admirable and the only time I encountered a problem with a non functional tool battery, it was remedied immediately with no hassle. Highly recommend..

I was late on my payment and my stuff was already for sale on the sale floor. They pulled it off the floor and let me get it back for the same amount that I owed on it instead of charging me sale price. Good customer service and quick also. Highly recommend

I have used Mr Cash probably as much as anyone I think. They have a wonderfully friendly staff, always willing to help you in that moment you hope never comes. Yes we know it comes far too often. No judgement from them. When it comes to buying things from them. their prices are awesome. They will be during me again tomorrow. Thanks guys

Wonderful people that work here. They are well informed and know the value of items brought in. They pay top dollar for gold and silver. Huge variety of items in store also. They'll also make deals, when possible, of items for sale. These are the people to go see, to buy items or if you're selling or pawning something.
