I would not recommend doing business here. Mike is very rude and hangs up on customers who are already going through a hard time. He would not give his last name when asked even though I'm pretty sure its printed on his card in the office. I've worked in collections and regardless of how far behind a customer is we were never allowed to hang up on anyone. Its nasty and down right unprofessional. If you can avoid doing business here I would definitely say go somewhere else. No one wants to deal with a jerk when they are in a financial crisis.

Davon was very helpful. She made my new purchase quick and easy. All I had to do was sign and ride. Shop with her!

I had been more than twenty years without buying anything on credit. Nicholas Financial gave me the opportunity to build credit and buy a car. When I discovered that my car needed major repairs Nicholas financial made that possible as well. The ladies in the office are realist and they're extremely helpful when you're in need. Don't get a loan here. High interest rate and daily compound interest like a loan shark. You may need easier financing because of credit issues but you should look somewhere else because after you have the loan they talk to you crazy like you're less of a person. Ive been paying on my car for 3 years and only knocked off 2k because of the daily interest. Read the fine print or play it safe and go elsewhere. Update Aug. 6th: apparently the tellers at this business can do and say what they want. When I called in to make a partial payment on my car today i was told that I need to add to this review that I pay horribly since currently my payments are partial. The teller also told me they need proof of insurance again and that maybe if i didn't take partial payments at my business then maybe i wouldn't have to give them partial payments. Well, I'm sorry that i put compassion over profit. I guess that everyone is going through something right now except the people at this branch. Since the manager was inserting input from the back somewhere i know i must've been on speaker phone. And it seems that if you don't like the way they operate they have plenty ways to make it difficult for you to get to work. Want to get a car loan from a group of high school kids? This is the place.
