Please do not threaten or say I gave you money. There is awareness that the loan must be paid. There should also be some consideration as well. Just please do not threaten or throw it at people's faces. Other than that, thank you for the chance. There just needs to be more friendliness coming from Managers and other reps.

The customer service at this place is great . The manager and customer service reps. are efficient and are very willing to work with. Thr loan process is simple to go through !!!

The lady’s in the office were great they didn’t make it difficult to get a loan. And they were patient with me to verify my employment.

Fast and quick on getting approved over the phone and when coming in to finish the prosses they got me in and out with the the money I had gotten approved for these guys are awesome

Keep in mind I'm not an angry customer who couldn't pay a loan. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!! from the moment you enter and the blonde lady with the ugly dog stares at you , you know your not going to a professional place. I only went there because the prior day I call and supposedly they approved me after pulling out my credit and my information, I asked the lady I talked to if she was 100% sure and she said yes. When I got there the vibe is incredibly negative you can feel it. The lady who took my information pull out the credit of another person, they thought I was using a fake social or something. When you go somewhere to apply for a loan you mostly talk to one person. Three ladies were all over my paperwork, the blonde grumpy cat look alike one, the manager, and some Latina who thought I did not speak English. People don't go here! you can find better places. Mr Money approved me, Cash in Minutes, Check city, security finance, Money4 you, fasts bucks, you can find better customer service at any of this places. AVOID THIS PLACE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE! I thought of giving them a chance after seeing the reviews, but guess what? The reviews are real.

I love the staff here Brandi and everybody are amazing they helped us out when we needed cash and there interest rates are lower than everyone else we have been with them over a year I would recommend them to get you out of a bind you ladies are amazing thank you

I was told this place was terrible but I still went for it. There is a blonde tall lady with a dog who has the most angry face I have ever seen. She welcome me with a very aggressive attitude, I don't know if she was having a bad day or what, but she was mean. The skinny latina girl has no customer service experience I told her I wanted to write my social down for safety and she acted surprised and kept asking me to tell her my social. I was approved for the loan but the customer service experience made me turned the offer down. Don't go here guys the reviews are real. Something sketchy has to be happening around here you can't survive with this type of customer service.
