Absolutely Amazing! Zack Needlands was able to assist my client when no other lender could. In the past I’ve had trouble with lenders following up and doing their job, but not Zack. Zack was available when needed and made sure everything was done on time and done right. His team Jessica and Lauren were also amazing with communicating. I was expecting at least 45 days to close escrow but it took a lot less days than that. I would highly recommend Generation Lending to anyone. They were certain that "if anyone can help you, he (and his team) can". We found this to be true for us and our needs as we are self-employed and had looked into getting equity loans from several companies over the past few years with no success. This company has found a "market" that seemed to be overlooked in serving & qualifying those who may not fit the standard loan process used by most companies. We sent all documents that were requested and they did the detail work to find the right lender for the approach they thought was the best fit. The communication was both by phone and email, so that we were all aware of what was happening or what was still needed for proceeding to the next step. He was very clear with answering questions and prompt to return any calls or emails - good availability. This whole process took about two months, and we are very pleased with the result and are thankful that overall, it was a smooth process without anxiety.
