I am a Realtor with Century 21 Award in Rancho San Diego, Ca. I must say, I have worked with a lot of lenders in my career, but when I can choose, I prefer to work with Mark Joplin at Greenpath Funding. Mark is the kind of lender you wish all lenders could be like. He is genuinely attentive, he remembers to do what you ask, he gives regular updates, and he is fair and honest in his dealings.
