I just bought a house in St Augustine with the Mortgage I got thru America's Moneyline. Gilbert Duran, the Senior Loan Officer, and Mai Yang, the Loan Processor, work very hard to make it easy for me to have loan process approved, processed and completed; the rate I got with help of them was the best rate that I have from the Market. They have been super patient and helpful during the whole process, always there, explained me how to get the needed documents and figured out the alternative document very fast when some document needed could not be provided. Also, I have to say, they two and their underwriter were super efficient, the documents and follow-up documents they need and requested were much less than other lenders( I started with a few lenders to see who can give to best rate and complete the work faster and finally selected Gilbert and Mai). As a whole, the process is wonderful!
