I went to several places and I found Gem Pawnbrokers to be not only the best and fairest of pricing but outstanding customer service. Elias was my point of person and he took care and helped me to understand as a first time customer. He reviewed my items with care, provided options and gave fair and honest advice. He was amazing. The transaction was smooth and the return of the item was on time and as was when I dropped it off. I would recommend this location and speaking to Elias. This place is a joke. I walked in with brand new Gucci designer sunglasses, a 2019 mint condition apple watch with stainless steel band Hager box and apple plus care, diamond earings, Marc Jacobs watch and the woman offered me $15 for the Gucci sunglasses and said none of the rest was of any value to them. I highly suggest you don’t waste your time going to this place I don’t even think it’s a real pawn shop. Behind the counter I Saul you sneakers that look like they had been worn and were disgusting and dirty.

Williams was very polite and helpful. He understood I was in need and did his best to accomodate my needs. Explained to everything so that I understood cleary. Great guy, very helpful. I look forward to doing business with him in the future.

I had a collection of broken yellow gold jewelry that I'd never fixed and didn't want anymore. I wanted the clutter out of my home and was looking for ways to sell scrap metal. I found Gem online. William gave stellar service and was so pleasant. He tested the metal and figured out how much each piece was worth, printing out the breakdown. I walked out with cash for my trash basically. And it was so easy. There is also a parking lot there which is a plus. I deducted a star because I'd gone there once before and the woman there that day didn't give me an itemized receipt (no receipt at all actually) and was not as helpful at all. Just be sure they explain how they are paying you and check the rates before you go. If William is there though, you should be fine.
