Onica (bank manager) is absolutely wonderful! Excellent Customer service skills .She handled situations very well and know exactly what the customer needs. She actually went beyond meeting my needs . Thanks again Onica !!

My branch is a good and efficient one. I am pleased to be served by the staff at this location.

We walked into this branch to open a business account. They could not have been less accommodating and did not offer any solutions when a small issue arose. We asked to talk to the manager but she was even less friendly and helpful and acted like she could not care less if we did not open the account at Chase. Which is why we immediately went to Bank of America where within half an hour we had our account set up.

The worst. I dont even know where to begin. The "bankers" have no idea what they are doing. There is only ever one teller "working" at a shocking slow pace. The never answer the phone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I will never come to this branch again. Low staff. One of the staff looks like she swallowed a talking parrot. She spends 2 hours repeating the same information to one person. Then the bank manager keeps asking us if we don't have patience then to walk out. It's because it's near closing time.

Currently 9 people standing on line with 2 tellers, one of which isn’t taking anyone at their window. One person walking around with tablet asking people what they’re here for. And multiple others walking around looking busy, but seemingly doing nothing at all. This place needs lessons in efficiency. Go to any other location, if at all possible.

This Chase is admittedly a little grimy inside, and appears understaffed too. That said everyone is exceedingly friendly. Shoutout to Raquel for helping me out and the nice young woman handing out lollipops

Opened a checking account on February 1st and as of this date the debit card hasn't arrived reason being it turned out one was never ordered even though they swore up and down they did. Then to add insult to injury they closed out my debit card for my previous account. So not only did they not solve my problem they created another one because that card is how i receive my pay. Supposedly another one was rushed but found out it was sent regular so not sure if I'll be able to update my banking info before pay day. Needless to say I'm never going in there again.

DO NOT BANK WITH CHASE. I was suppose to receive a check from my company but because of the holiday there was a delay. Chase had the nerve to hit me with 3 insufficient fund fees during the weekend knowing that people will have checks are delayed because of the federal holiday. Yet they still had insufficient fund fees given out during the weekend. Once again, DO NOT BANK WITH CHASE. Go to Capital one, TD bank , Bank of America or somewhere else. Chase will rob you for your money. DO NOT BANK WITH CHASE

The staff is pretty friendly but don't plan on using the tellers because there is usually a long line due to only one or two windows open (They have installed more do-it-yourself machines which most people don't use). The place is always crowded and needs to spruce up a bit to compete with the new, clean TD bank across the street
