GEM Pawn has been my go to for secondhand purchases and loans whenever I’m in a pickle. Lisbeth is super helpful and friendly, not just to me, to all of the customers she interacts with. Most recently, she helped me purchase my first piece of jewelry on a plan I completed earlier than expected. As a bonus, borrowing against my purchase in the future will return higher rates than if I was coming in for the first time. The interest rates are reasonable and the staff of very attentive.

I have been buying jewelry at the Harlem location for over 2 year. I must say, I have always received exceptional excellent customer service from Lisbeth. Bad experience.. They have no knowledge or expertise in authentic to fake. They had me wait for 40 minutes to determine the quality of my merchandise. In addition the sales rep who looks like a female insulted me about quality fashion because I asked him to be more caring of my merchandise and to not ball it up and place in its packaging.. The rep then got offended , made jealous remarks and told the manager he was not comfortable with my merchandise. I was turned away and was told Anthony was the person to see. I traveled here for nothing to be insulted. They are not kind or professionals. I recommend to not go to this place. They are not good people..

I found the sales Rep.. kris helpful as well as patient.. I don't always know what I doing in many situations..however pawning is foreign soil to me.. HOWEVER KrIS was patient with me as well as polite, curious and professional.. Great job/ exchange young man..PEACE & BLESSINGS
