Bank of America Financial Center W 125th St, New York

This bank is one of the LAZIEST banks ive ever been in. Closing the doors at 350 even though it closes at 4p. I told the manager to print me statements that go back a month. I told him to stamp each page. Not only did he not stamp each page but he didnt print out the entire journal like i asked. now i have to go to the bank again. IDK IF ITS LAZY OR TIREDNESS. BUT GET IT TOGETHER

I don't write reviews often but this Bank is awful. I'm literally here right now. I came here because I normal bank has been closed since last week (no reason given and no update as to when it will reopen). So I have to wait on a hot foyer area because they aren't letting anyone in the actual bank. Wait for half an hour and finally get to go into the bank. Wait again for another 10 minutes. Speak to a teller and tell them I need to make a cash deposit. The woman rolls her eyes at me and overall was super rude.

For some reason every time I go to this bank and I use my debit card to get cash Advance the machines is always down at the tellers window or one of there's ATM it's also down

Shameful service. The bank closes at 4, but locks the doors before then, I arrived at 3:49 to notarize an election ballot but was refused entry. The ATMs are usually out of order (there are 3 but normally only 1 works, sometimes two, never all three ) causing lines that fill the lobby (last week I waited 20 minutes). Try to (politely) tell the manager about these inefficiencies and, if they aren’t rude, they are nonchalant and dismissive of your complaints. I’m not even that upset to be honest, this is the typical unprofessional, subpar service you expect when big corporations operate in Black neighborhoods.

This is the slowest BOA location I’ve ever visited. It doesn’t matter what time of day you go, or how many tellers are behind the desk, there is typically only one employee serving the public. So disappointing.

Worse branch I have ever been to. Relationship banker refused to help me because he was packing up 45 minutes early for the day. Homeless people live in the ATM section at night and no one cares. Telling that this is the state of a bank. This is only allowed because it’s in a majority ethnic area.

I wish I could give this location 0 stars. Even though their hours are 9am-4pm they often are not open and have no signage or message if you call to alert guests. In addition, they often delay hours with no notice or communication. Their atm machines are often not working or have error messages.

The atm’s are usually out of service. The lobby is not clean.

The site allowed me to set an appointment here without informing me they're temporarily closed. I'm assuming it's due to covid but the reasoning wasn't listed on the door

Is it too much work to update the hours? Google is not updated, your own website is not updated. Poor costumer service!!
