Erica was great! I had went to a pawn shop earlier this week and forgot my wallet and I wasn’t upset and I’m still grateful it happened because I ended up coming to this Flatbush location and she help me out so easily! Great service!

This place is great, they have many deals for everyone. The people are excellent at customer service and know how to handle the customers, I especially like the energy from worker Erica, she has a great personality. I would love for her to help me again when I come in the store, she loves helping her customers whenever they need assistance.

The worst customer service ever. Walked in no one acknowledged me at all until the manager Felix advised they should! Teller, out right rude with little to no information abt the policy changes when asked and gave back incorrect change with no reserve abt the error, almost as if intentional. Smh. Manager Felix was very helpful in explaining what changes have taken place and how to proceed moving forward. Never have a good experience here no matter when I go... tellers are rude and unprofessional. Take the trip to the main location as the service is worth it vs. this location!
