I really wish I could give a absolute negative number cause this place is trash they claim to help you yet they charge you all these things on your loans and your balance is never dropping I have paid a year and some odd months off my car note and guess what. Not a single dime has gone towards what I owe NOPE IT WENT TO COLLATERAL PROTECTION!!! yet I have that with my full God forsaken insurance coverage through USAA! BUT NO ONE IS GOING TO REFUND MORE THEN THEN 330. DANG DOLLARS FOR THREE MONTHS WORTH EVEN THOUGH I HAVE PROVIDED COVERAGE SINCE THE DAY I LEFT WITH THIS CAR!!!!! I MEAN HELLO!!! I HAVE TO HAVE IT TO LEAVE THE DAMN CAR LOT!!!!!

The communication and customer service within this branch is pathetic and the employees are very slow at their jobs.

Was told by a lazy chat representative to come in person between 9-12 Saturday to any gecu location. Service hours have already been cut back to 1930's banking hours, and this location seems to just ride on its own hours.

Please hear my advice. I use to be a fan of GECU but no longer. They will scam you and that’s very unfortunate. So if you need to find an honest bank for your credit cards, checking, mortgage or savings I urge you to go anywhere else but here. I hope this will save someone else from making the error I did. The guys at the machine cant seem to grasp the line that is formed, because of all the talking they normally do.

Terrible customer service, no one there to greet you or assist you to what your needs are.You walk in not knowing where to go. Receptionists there are a waste of employment.
