Unbelievable!!! I have to give a huge shout out to Gebhardt Insurance for helping in a time of need and going above and beyond. I'm sitting at a shop on Saturday and need a loaner car and I need to change my policy to full coverage. The insurance company said it couldn't be done for at least 5 days. Being stuck I reached out to someone who worked at Gebhardt personally on her day off. I would never have done this, but I was in great need. She not only was helpful and professional, but she was super kind and made sure I was taken care of. I returned to Arizona last August and soon thereafter search for auto coverage and covers for my RV. I just took it lucky stab at getting Gebhardt. I have not made a claim so I have really not had to contact these people in a year but I am very comfortable if I needed then they would be there for me. I'll be up for renewal soon and I will definitely renew with Gebhardt.

This insurance is nothing. They do not cover truly anything, you have to cover more majority of the cost of coverage. They will only pay the cents that is due for bill. This place is nothing but a SCAM. I wish I could put ZERO stars.

I have demands being placed on me to complete items on my property that are on a list I have never received. The list apparently was created by an unidentified trespasser. A contractor was sent to provide an estimate. He did not have a copy of the list either. He said he would talk to the agent and call me. That has not happened. I received a call from another representative of this agency asking me to repay a premium on another policy I have. I complied and have not received a receipt for either of the two payments.
