Gateway Bank Market St, Mendota Heights

This is the best bank I have ever worked with. They are always friendly and go out of their way to help their clients.

This bank is the best bank there is. I've been banking there pretty much since they've opened. They treat you like family and protect your best interest. Those who rate this bank low, have no idea what they are talking about. The staff is great, they take extra precautions to make sure their customers are taken care of, and their cookies are to die for. Don't believe the bad reviews. Those folks are just silly. I will continue to bank there. Gateway Rocks!

I’d have to rate this “bank” as low as possible because I was unable to cash a check that was issued from them. It was a returned security deposit for myself and my roommates and we were told if we had everyone that the check was issued to and our IDs that they would gladly cash it for us. This was said from someone at the front desk the day before my family and I drove 70 some miles to find out otherwise. After being told that the legal document via check would only be honored with verbal consent from the organization which sent us the check, they did attempt to contact this company. However, after being refused for almost an hour, we then went to Think Mutual Bank (a real bank) and had our cash in hand after less then 5 minutes. If you’re looking for a bank, don’t even consider this “bank” unless you want their factory-made cookies at their front door.

It’s nice to have a bank where they know their clients and go above and beyond. Gateway Bank is a great local community bank - I highly recommend them!

Great staff and excellent chocolate chip cookies.

They helped me with a loan for my small business. The costumer service has been amazing, and the process was really simple. I worked directly with the owner of the bank, so the loan approval was really easy and streamlined compared to other banks I was considering. I loved working with a small bank and will definitely continue to use Gateway for other banking needs in the future!

Just have to mention that by far the easiest Bank to deal with that I have ever encountered! The way it should be.
