Gate City Bank 20th St, Moorhead

As been my bank for a long time always very good in customer service.

Always have been very kind, considerate and top notch for customer service. Been banking with them many years.

The staff here is always so friendly and helpful. I went through my first vehicle loan process with Gate City and Gate City made it so painless.

The atm here took my 660$ and my debit card says it went through tried to file a dispute but I don’t think it’ll work. I tried speaking to customer service but they said it’s a 3rd party, been 2 weeks still haven’t seen a dime of it. The atm here stole my money!!!

TONS OF FEES! What is happening I been with this bank for a while now then suddenly im being charge tons of overdraft then they try to fault other places! I did purchaces on friday which didnt showed up until now i have confirmation papers of payments going through that same friday, but aparently didnt looking at the statement purchases done on sundat went through first making the bigger bill not covered then overdraft then few more smaller purchases went through with their respective over drafts!! Then I call and they make it sound like its my fault! I HAVE THE MOBILE APP AND IT DOESNT SHOW PENDING TRANSACTIONS!! just available balance! The way we did the purchases and as things showed up on saturday we had enough according to the mobile app aswell. Now I feel Robbed! Now I have to cover money that i shouldnt be owing them in the first place! But I will make sure me and my husband bank somewhere else. I Recomended this bank to my mom because I loved it, English is her second lenguage is not great and there is no costumer service through the whole branch that is availabe to help her. Then a lot of fees showed up on her account!! Fees that no one explained to us when we opened her account.
